I dropped the car off and Phillip greeted me and I gave him a list of all of the things I thought were wrong with my vehicle. He immediately weeded out some of my concerns which was great. Chris, one of the leads, took control of fixing my car and did a wonderful job. I asked him on the phone if he could show me how he fixed my vehicle and he put the car on the lift and showed me everything. He even showed me some broken parts he had thrown in a box. I would trust these guys with my vehicle again for sure. A synthetic oil change was a little over $100 and there was a 3.5% fee for cards. While some things were expensive, others were surprisingly cheap (disposal fees, labor, etc.). Give these guys a try! read more

Well, I brought my car in for an oil change. I was informed of an issue with my axle leaking oil. It was obvious this was happening, so I went ahead and went with the repair option. The mechanic also told me my brake pads would need to repaired. I said okay, he quoted me $390 for the entire ordeal. Perfect! I come back later that day. I asked if they had changed the brake pads, he said no, they didn't need to. They ring me up at the counter for $530.... I say, what? Are you serious, the guy said $390. Guy bangs away the keyboard a little, then says alright $390. At this point, I'm wondering if I should even be paying $390 since this was quoted with a brake pad change. Yet they didn't even do that. So I pay the $390 and go on my way. These experiences are what solidify the worlds perfection of mechanics fucking everyone in the ass, every chance they get. Great location. I was new to the area with a new to me vehicle, and took it here when the oil change light came on. They took a look and let me know the oil was still full and in great shape. The vacuumed out the car, cleaned the windshield and gave me an estimate of when I'd need to come back for a change and didn't charge me for the quick visit and clean. When it was time, I returned for a really quick change and basic service. On par with other advertised rates in the area and great staff. Friendly, fast and reliable. I'll be back for sure. I went to this place on 6/17/19 in the afternoon and was expecting a wait. I pulled up and a mechanic greeted me and I had ask some basic questions about a oil change, expected time frame or wait time and he took my truck in the service area right away. The gentleman named Bobby, I believe, greeted me and he was very nice. The price was reasonable and actually lower than I expected to pay. He started telling me about some of the services they provided after asking him a few questions and things they offer for the college students. They were fast, personable, and didn't try to upcharge or sell me something more expensive (for my oil they gave me the three options and when I asked what they recommended, they asked a bit about my driving habits and ended up telling me the cheapest would be just fine, instead of just trying to sell me the most expensive). As a single, female, college student getting my oil changed is a little overwhelming. They were super kind to me & very honest. Didn't at all try to sell me on un-needed things which is helpful. I expressed concerned with the cost & they printed me out a $7 coupon. They also have a punch card that give you money off each time & a free oil change eventually. SUPER quick. I'm new to the Bryan/College Station area so I was looking for a reliable place to get my oil changes and tire rotations. Found this place on yelp, liked the reviews so I decided to give this place a try. The older guy that runs this place is a no nonsense guy which I like. Got my oil change and tire rotation along with windshield wiper replacements all for under $100. Loved the price because I expected way worse since my truck uses a conventional oil. Anyway, they got me in and out in 45 minutes or less. Was pleased with the service. But, about an hour later I noticed something wasn't right. Heard this loud, rapid thumping noise and when I stopped somewhere, there was this big oil leak on the ground. Called Valvoline up and spoke to the manager that runs the place. He was completely apologetic, said he hired a new young guy but didn't want to cast blame yet. He drove out to where I was, fixed my truck up at no additional cost and offered me a free oil change on my next visit. He was very professional in getting me taken care of. read more

This place has the sweetest employees and the prices are super reasonable, much cheaper than firestone!! I had a problem with my AC a couple of weeks ago because drain line was clogged, and water was leaking all over the passenger side of my car and they were able to fix it and only charged me for the oil change I got that day. Also went back a few days ago to update my registration and all they charged was the state fee whereas most other places will charge at least another $25 on top of that just to perform the inspection. And the wait times have never been bad at all. When I got my inspection I was in and out in 20 minutes and when I was having the issue with my AC, I had tried going to firestone first and they told me they wouldn't be able to look at it for at least 3 days because they were so busy, but Valvoline got my car ready to go in only a couple hours. But what I really like about this place is the staff, they're the friendliest people you will ever meet, especially Tommy! Can't recommend this place enough. read more

I have been coming here for over 2 years now, I love how personal they are and because I travel so much I need an oil change pretty frequently and have always used this company. Recently I found out they had a reward program by a friend, this is extra frustrating because like I mention I get my oil change so frequently and I felt like their staff always had my best interest at heart. Today I went in ( to get my 3-4 oil change of the summer ) and asked about the reward program. Of course it's actually a thing and it took me having to ask about it for them to even inform me. At this point I could have probably gotten 2-3 free oil changes. I also work across the street at one of the biggest student neighborhoods in college station and have always referred everyone to this company because of their quick and personal experience. Now IF I ever mention this company to my residents I'll have to make sure to tell them about the rewards program that could save all us college students a lot of money if the employees were to actually tell people about it. Just upsets me that people that I considered my "friends" and trusted with my car for over 2 years choose to take the opportunity of a reward program away from me. The oil change is $15 more expense here then other places in college Station and I continued to go here because of the employees, sad that I am now questioning coming here because of their employees lack to inform me about a reward program that could have saved me over $200 now . read more

This place is the best! I have gone for an oil change and they had me in and out in under 20 minutes (and without an appt). My oil light came on again too soon to need another oil change and when I brought it in to get a look at, they reset my light, cleaned my car front, and topped off my tires with air all within 10 minutes and free of charge.
