Was quoted one price of $549 only to be told after the job was done that it was $650! When I questioned them about it they had nothing much to say except that is was taxes and credit card fees. Just spoke with the owner regarding the circumstances of my previous review. He claimed that the whole incident was recorded and that there was no evidence of my plate being taken off. I informed him that I recalled hearing the air tool being used on my vehicle and I specifically asked the worker what he used that on. He told me there was a skid pan that required the air wrench to access the drain plug. When I provided the owner this information, he asked, after allegedly watching my transaction, if I was in the vehicle of out of it. If he has this video and has watched he should know that answer and he would have recorded me asking his employee about the air tool usage. Hard to believe that there's a video that recorded everything as the owner stated. Needless to say, this business blames the Toyota Factory Dealerships, who changed my oil while still under warranty. Anyone, who has ever dealt with dealerships, knows that if there's an issue like this on a new vehicle under warranty that they would immediately notify the owner. In fact, this business owner told me that if his employee would have seen my vehicle without the skid pan, he would have notified me. Again, no notification. Just to again emphasize, that this was the only business who worked on this vehicle outside of Toyota Dealerships and their work was heard and specifically discussed which was done to my now missing part. Personally, I'll take my business elsewhere. The lesson learned is that I will visually check all work done in the future by such businesses. While this owner wants to point the finger at Toyota, I'll be going on my many other social media sites to make sure as many people as possible know the kind of work ethic that's going on here! read more

Stay away! I have had my oil changed in several of my vehicles at this location. On my last visit I asked if they could please check my tire pressure as I has warning light for low air pressure in 3/4 tires. I was told since I didn't get my last oil change there they would not be able to help me out. I pulled my receipt showing they did my last oil change still to be turned away. read more

This place just swindled us out of $80 for an oil change that the dealer charges $60 for. Before the oil change the guy behind the counter said they did not have the oil my car needed, then tried to up sell synthetic. A guy from the back came and told my wife the guy behind the counter did not know anything about oil, and they use the same oil the dealer uses. Instead of being honest, they put full synthetic in it, so they did not lose a sale. They did not even attempt to make it right and had no problem screwing us. Furthermore, every time I take my Camaro here (just a regular 2016 Camaro with no modifications to fail it) for inspection, they always have to go joy riding in it before passing it. I've since taken it to another legit inspection station, and they don't joy ride my car. We won't be back. That is really unfortunate, as when they first opened they are great. This probably explains why you don't see cars in their bays very much anymore. read more

I would not recommend this business to anyone. After completing my oil change, they attached my skid plate with zip ties (rather than the screws that were on the vehicle when it arrived). The zip ties broke on the highway and destroyed the skid plate. When I filed a claim, the manager and the owner had completely conflicting stories and would not pay for the damages done to my vehicle, because it was my word against theirs. Owner completely disregarded my story and talked down to me as if I was less than the entire conversation. Completely unprofessional and unnecessary. If I could rank less than 1, I would. We just moved to Texas and require a state inspection on our vehicles. I went to this location for the inspection. The women who inspected my vehicle said it didn't pass because the tint didn't meet the state requirement. I don't have a lot of time to get these necessary things done so I went to the shop they recommended to remove my tint. I went to another shop to put a "legal" tint on my front windows. The tint specialist said the legal tint is 27. I told him my old tint registered at 25. This place wasted my time and money!!!! These people give you information that is untrue. Don't go here for state inspections. read more

Jay and his crew have been our go-to-guys since they opened. We are always greeted with a smile. They have their process down to where it can almost be considered a pit-stop. I went in on a Saturday afternoon, there were four people in front of me, and I was out of there in less than 20 minutes. If you live in Avery Park, you should look no further... If you are in Seguin or New Braunfels, the five minute drive might actually save you time waiting at other oil change shops. Either way, check these guys out! read more
