Avoid at All Costs…read more I had to bring my vehicle to this shop because my warranty required me to leave my preferred, trustworthy mechanic. From the start, the experience here was frustrating and unprofessional. After diagnosing the issue, they called to tell me what was and wasn't covered by my warranty. I chose to fix only what would be covered. But without calling me back for approval, they went ahead and performed a repair they later claimed was only partially covered, forcing me to pay the difference out of pocket. That alone is shady and unacceptable. I also paid for a diagnostic, yet the exact same dashboard warning lights I came in with were still there when I picked up the car. Their explanation? That both my main and auxiliary batteries were dead and it would cost nearly $1,000 to fix. Interesting, considering my previous mechanic had just tested them and found them to be completely fine. When I came to pick up my car, it wouldn't start, which I assumed validated their battery claim. I was wrong. Instead of helping me or offering a timely solution, they had me sitting there like an afterthought, clearly uninterested in helping since I'd declined their overpriced battery replacement. I finally got a jump and took it home, only to have AAA test both batteries and confirm they were perfectly fine. Then I noticed a part missing, the air intake for the A/C that sits over the battery compartment. I called to speak with the manager, Cody, who acted completely clueless. Then, after giving a vague suggestion to bring it back in, he hung up on me. Completely rude and uncalled for. Still trying to get my car functioning, I brought it to O'Reilly. They again confirmed both batteries were good. I mentioned a "low key fob battery" warning I had noticed, and the associate suggested that might be the issue. I replaced it for $12.99 and guess what? Problem solved. My car starts just fine. Let me be very clear. The warning lights I originally brought the car in for are still on, and I now have to take it somewhere else to get them properly diagnosed and repaired. I spent nearly $500 here for a "fix" that didn't fix anything, a misdiagnosis, and to top it off, an arrogant manager and careless technicians. I have no mechanical background, yet I figured out more about my car's issue than this so-called professional shop. It's either incompetence or a blatant attempt to take advantage of me, or both. I will never return here, and I strongly recommend others stay far away. This business lacks professionalism, integrity, and basic customer service. Don't make the same mistake I did.

The representative Johnny gave me a price quote and told me to bring the vehicle in on Tuesday since they were booked for the weekend and it was Friday Brought my vehicle in on Tuesday morning i was greeted by Tiffany who was working the customer service desk. After a further discussion into what I was wanting to do, it was recommended that a technician look at transmission fluid since the vehicle had 112,000 miles on it and the fluid had never been changed. After the technician looked at the fluid, it was determined that I probably shouldn't drain it and certainly not have it flushed out as it could cause problems. Current, I have no issues with the transmission so it was not changed. I appreciated the honesty and very timely check. I also was greeted early on by another associate Madeline, who was very friendly and was going about her assigned work as well.. This shop is busy, but they took time out for each customer and my brief experience was pleasant.

AMMCO sorta diagnosis the problem was transmission cooler line came disconnected. They reattached the lines and said everything was fine with the transmission. Turns out everything was not fine. The transmission was leaking. My normal mechanic pointed out the leak a day later. I was told by AMMCO they did a thorough inspection. If the inspection took place they would have caught the leak along with several other things that needed attention. I would give 0 stars but that is not an option.

I had my brakes replaced elsewhere on 2/21/26. The mechanic showed me my old brakes and the new brakes. The old brakes looked barely worn. The brakes that I replaced measured at 15.875mm. So either CBA lied about inspecting my brakes at all, and just recommended being replaced due to mileage; or they tried to take advantage of me because I'm a woman.
