I couldn't believe it. I was so worried about how I was going to be able to rent a car to get to work the next day. It turns out it was a missing nut/bolt (don't know where it could've gone). They replaced it, were super honest and didn't charge me for the lone screw. Whatever that screw would've cost them now has made me a loyal and returning customer. Another customer was next to me getting an oil change and an employee went over and began talking to the elderly gentleman. While I could only hear bits and pieces, it was clear that the customer was struggling with Covid isolation and the staff member took the time to chat with him, make him laugh, and just have some good human interaction. Great, Fast , Honest Service, Some Newer cars now do need specific oil this is a fact if you want your car to remain in warranty and they educate you on this if you refuse they will insist because they care but will not force you if you decide against it ,the more expensive oil last almost twice as long is what most people fail to realize so instead of changing oil every 3 thousand you go 5 thousand or more depending on your car and what type of oil you decide to go with they feature valvoline but don't ask you to choose it , they give you options and educate when you ask and allow you to choose for yourself I suggest ( non valvoline) full synthetic will usually get you minimum 6 thousand miles between oil changes , allow your engine to preform at a high level and even save on gas mileage, I took what they said researched it and comfirmed just how much I got educated by them Great place and it was less than $80 for my 2020 equinox and I don't have to come back for a while but definitely won't go anywhere else when time comes read more

I brought my car here for an oil change that was 6k+ miles past due. Sal and his team took care of all of my needs in a friendly and professional manner, without making me feel like a dummy for putting off my oil change. I needed my air filter changed as well (which was so difficult to get to, they needed to completely remove my glove box) ... and they even sprayed it with air freshener to make my car smell good! As a female, it's hard to find a place to get your car fixed where you don't feel like you and your wallet are being taken advantage of. I knew next time I needed something fixed, that it'd be the place. Low and behold, a few weeks later, after being annoyed with a slow leak in my tire, I brought it here to be checked out. Of course... it was a nail. I brought my car in on my lunch break and was in and out in 25 minutes. Nothing but positive, thankful words for Sal and his team. The team here is fully understanding and quick to. I was told by a different car repair place that my head gasket was blown, the team here said otherwise and suggested I try a really good radiator flush. I was without heat for many years on my vehicle with the expectation that it would cost thousands of dollars to fix, however, the team serviced my vehicle and now I have some heat in my car. You have no idea how much this means to me and shows true character and professionalism that this service team can do for the customer. Beyond the oil change, he gave me a printout of the recommended services for my car (the dealer never gave me anything like that). He checked both the air filters, which were Absolutely Filthy!!! I don't think it's too much to expect a used car to at least have new air filters. Also, when I bought the car and took it on the open road for a 10 hour drive, I discovered that neither the cruise control nor the car charger worked! So, I asked Herald if he thought the charger might just be a fuse. He checked and it was. He fixed it in two minutes or less. I'm not even sure he charged me for that. He was so clearly fully cognizant about all things mechanical, and he emanated trustworthiness like crazy. I usually go to this location anyway, but after yesterday's experience, I'll never go anywhere else.

They charged me $375 for false diagnostics and gave me an estimate for $2000 of unneccesary repairs. They also tried to delay warranty work in order to run out the time remaining on my NAPA warranty. I called Brakes and More who gladly honored the NAPA warranty. Brakes and More was significantly cheaper on labor. All work was done properly and professionally. Brakes and More did no upselling. They were completely honest. They did the work exactly as I requested with no additional costs. Turn-around time was same-day fast. Brakes and More doesn't have a fancy building or customer lounge. They have honest management with integrity and turn out high quality professional work at very, very reasonable pricing. I highly recommend Brakes and More.
