    Just got my oil changed here. Everyone was friendly. They explained everything they did, and were fast and efficient.

    THINK TWICE,BEFORE GOING HERE!!!! Rushed Service, Lied on…read morePaperwork, and My Car Needed Oil Weeks Later! I went to this Jiffy Lube location on 06/24 for a standard oil change. Less than a month later, my car is telling me to add oil which should NEVER happen after a recent oil change. That was my first red flag. It gets worse: * They rushed through my service, didn't give me an oil change sticker, and acted like everything was fine. * I came back the next day to complain, and the manager didn't care he just gave me a sticker and said he'd update my info when I returned. * The paperwork claimed they inspected my car and noted a leak yet didn't tell me that, show me anything, or recommend a fix. Just quietly wrote it in the fine print. * When I called the shop, no one answered. I had to contact Jiffy Lube customer service directly, and now I'm waiting 1-3 days for someone to maybe respond while my car risks damage. Update: Turned my car on! SMH Update: My engine is making noise now and still no oil leaks anywhere. I shouldn't be dealing with this right after an oil change. Something's not right. Update: Slight Progress but Ongoing Frustration with Unprofessionalism After filing a formal complaint with customer service, I was finally contacted by the actual manager not the shift lead I'd previously dealt with. To his credit, he was polite and seemed genuinely interested in helping. He called me at 7:30 AM the morning after my complaint and insisted to come to my home to inspect the vehicle. Once here, he briefly looked under the car and identified a small oil leak within two minutes. He then asked me to bring the vehicle to the shop for a full diagnostic. During our conversation, I asked why I wasn't notified of the leak during my last oil change. His response? "It's not policy to inform customers; it's only done as a courtesy." He also stated that surveillance footage confirmed the technician noticed the issue and pointed it out to a colleague--but no one told me at the time. When I asked about asking for a manager and he stated it was shift lead he said technically he was the manager because I wasn't there. To make matters worse, I had previously called customer service, where I was told to wait 1-3 business days for a resolution yet no one ever mentioned that free oil top-offs are available between services. I ended up spending $48 out of pocket for oil and paying someone to top it off for me. The manager did say he would reimburse me for that cost, but as of now, I haven't received a thing. While the manager seemed like he truly wanted to help, the overall experience has been chaotic, inconsistent, and highly unprofessional. I'm now reluctant to bring my vehicle back to this location. Between the lack of transparency, failure to follow through, and ongoing miscommunication, I no longer trust this company to provide honest or reliable service.

I brought the car new in 2018. They told me I needed 2 tires and rear brakes, the rear rotors were rust pitted. OK, I showed up with them not only trying to sell me 2 tire and rear brakes (Which it needed) but struts on a 3 or 4 year old car on the notion that they were rusted and accused my car of being a flood car. They are THIEVES! I worked in the auto industry and know this tactic. I should have walked out but I stupidly approved the tirework, brake work, and flush the brake fluid. The next day on the way to work the brake light came on. I limped it to work to find a caliper leaking from a bleeder they left loose. I called them and told them I would bring it back after work. When I brought it back instead of just telling me their tech made a honest mistake and left the bleeder loose they said the bleeder failed (a lie) and they replaced them all (another lie.) Go forward to today to a service van I drive for my employer. My own car doesn't drive on their lot anymore. The hydroboost is leaking on the van. I know what it is and what it is leaking. I showed up Monday to set the appointment to drop off the van Friday. No Problems. I called Tuesday to simply get a figure on on the repair for my boss. The service writer refused to give me any figures after me telling him what he needed, said that he would need to get a hydroboost for an 11 year old Chevy Express van from the dealer (a lie) and refused to even look it up. I even told him he would have from Tuesday to Friday to do it. Nope. He acted like replacing hydroboost booster on a Chevy van was working on an Audi. He would only talk numbers when the van arrived and wouldn't even order the parts when I said that we would possibly pre pay for the work. I told him I wasn't going to drop off the van just for them to tell me that they wouldn't to it until Monday. Then It came out. He didn't trust any techs on their Saturday shift to do it. A brake booster! If they would have said that in the first place I wouldn't have wrote this. But these thieves tried to screw owner of the company that i work for (and like a lot) by buying a booster from the dealer instead of a local source and wanted to waste my time and and work hours by having the van sit at their building for no reason. There are better Dobbs in the Belleville area to give your business to. This Dobbs are liars, thieves, and evidently employ one of the laziest service writers I have ever had the misfortune to waste my time on the phone with and no vehicle that I drive will ever touch this establishment again. This Dobbs is within walking distance to where I live and I will not take anything to them ever again. Take your car to the O'fallon Dobbs.
