Extremely happy with this service , I had just been over at valvoline down the street from this jiffy lube to get my headlight bulb replaced, waited over an hour, the staff was rude and unprofessional and they banged and drilled around on my car and in the end couldn't replace the bulb . I was very disappointed, so I turned went down here to this jiffy lube and had a total 360 service . They replaced my bulb in like 5 mins , everyone was professional and the manager kristy also went even further and checked my engine light codes for me and gave me a tune up quote I asked for . Thought our car was overfilled with oil and found that the level was low. We are not very good with cars, as one can read :), but the Jiffy Lube team help us understand the problem, fixed it and were very nice about it. One time I came in, there was a line of cars. I live close by so I said I'd come back later, and when I did, she gave me a discount for being patient and working with them in the timing of my maintenance. 10000% recommend. The staff is friendly and they are clean when working with my vehicles. The only problem I have ever had occurred about a week ago. During an oil change, I asked them to replace a front signal light. The same evening, while driving around I noticed the headlight was out on the same side as the turn signal. I brought the vehicle back to Jiffy Lube the next day and the service provider indicated it was no fault of theirs just a strange coincidence, would I like them to change it out? I am not one to normally believe in coincidences. This headlight was extremely expensive so I had it serviced elsewhere. I have no evidence to believe anything nefarious occurred and I have never had a problem here before. However, I will go to a local shop from now on and leave the impersonal chains to people with more dollars than time. read more

I liked this Jiffy Lube. I was there for an oil change, but while I was waiting, I watched a pretty crazy story unfold before me and some that will lead me back to this Jiffy Lube forever. While I was sitting down a girl came in, practically in tears, because she had no idea what was going on with her car (it was making bad noises etc) and was upset because the previous place she took it basically said that she was [screwed]. The kind people at this Jiffy Lube offered to look at her car and try to figure out what was going on, it seemed that they offered this for free. I had to leave before this girl's situation was resolved, but I was happy for her that the people at Jiffy Lube cared and tried to help. My oil change was per usual and they did not try to sell me things I didn't need. BUT, as a general precaution, I like to take a quick look at the manufacturer's recommendations before heading to a shop... this time, however, I didn't need to be on the defensive. Rotating tires now costs money (it used to be free with the service), like $20, so that's annoying, but it seems to be happening at all lube shops, so it's not just Jiffy Lube trying to extract more money from their customers. All in all, I would go to this place again simply based on the fact that the people who work there are good people. I could get my oil changed anywhere, but it's things like caring employees that make me want to repeat my business here. read more

Not to be overly dramatic.....but, let me tell you a story. I moved from St. Louis to San Antonio in November. I'm a hairstylist and still have my salon in St. Louis, so I've been driving back once a month to do hair. I had my oil changed on Sunday in San Antonio and left Monday morning for my almost 1000 mile drive to St. Louis. Drive was fine. Parked my car Monday night. Started my car Tues morning and my temperature light was on. Checked my antifreeze and it was almost completely empty. So I put distilled water in, so I could drive to get antifreeze to put in it. Added a bit of antifreeze to the water and went on about my day. Woke up this morning and my check engine light was on. Went to Autozone to do a diagnostic. Was told I needed to flush the water out and just put in antifreeze as it will get below freezing tonight. Brought my car to this Jiffy lube. These guys are legit. I'm never looking for a handout, but I don't have an extra $140 to flush out the water. They are more than taking care of me. I totally appreciate you Virgil. Thank you for everything!! This place is so shady! I went in there with my friend for a standard oil change. Long story short, they say the battery is dead and needs to be replaced. The battery was a year old and there has been no previous indicators of any issues with the battery at all. The reason they stated for the dead battery was that the lights were left on, but the lights turn off automatically when the car is turned off. Which it was. Then they quoted us a price of $165 for a new battery that they had to bring from auto zone. I'm assuming they saw two young girls and assumed we wouldn't know the difference. Complete crap; we told them to just change the battery and not touch anything else. Please stay away! read more
