Oil change was quick, easier and much cheaper that the dealer ship or Valeoline. Friendly staff

Brandon told me I could come right in, and he assisted me almost immediately. He quickly found that my rim was bent from the pothole and even started calling around to locate a replacement. He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything that needed to be done. He also included detailed notes with the estimate, which I really appreciated because it helped me understand exactly what repairs were needed instead of just looking at a list of items I didn't understand. The entire process was quick and efficient. I was in and out, which was a refreshing experience compared to another shop where my car was kept for seven hours and I still didn't receive the information I had requested. Brandon provided excellent customer service, and I highly recommend working with him. This version reads naturally for an online review while highlighting Brandon's professionalism, communication, and efficiency.

Absolutely do not recommend. I took my car here for an oil change thinking it would be less…read moreexpensive than the local mechanic I usually go to because I had a coupon and got a discount for placing my order online. However it turned out to be significantly more expensive even with the coupon and discount. When I dropped my car off the man working the counter was not friendly at all and did not make me feel welcome. Then, when he called to let me know the oil change was complete, he tried to scam me and lied about things my car "needed" that I knew it did not need. (For context, my check engine light/ABS light/traction control light were all on when I dropped the car off but they were all related to the car needing a new thermostat. I was told this by the local mechanic who explained that dealerships will often make multiple lights come on for 1 problem so people are more likely to get the car inspected. There was nothing wrong with my brakes or the ABS system. I didn't get it fixed then bc I had to buy new brake pads and planned to come back to get the thermostat replaced.) The sales rep at Meineke said I needed a new thermostat (true) and told me the cost of replacement ($200), only he tried to scam me by double charging for the labor, quoting $180 to replace the coolant which needed to be drained to get to the thermostat (false, bc replacing the coolant should be included in the thermostat replacement cost). He also claimed there was a faulty ABS sensor on my tire (false) and quoted me another $450 for it. Altogether I would have been looking at paying over $900. I declined the extra work knowing he was lying and decided I was never coming back there. Later on the local mechanic got the thermostat fixed for $200, didnt charge me extra labor for the coolant bc the cost of it was already included. Confirmed there was nothing wrong with my ABS sensor. Lesson learned to always use local family-owned places instead of corporations who want to scam you. Don't take your car here. Take it to Karius across the street instead. They're much more trustworthy and reliable.

He was extremely polite, professional, and got me checked in quickly. I asked if I could watch the installation from outside the shop area, and he explained that as long as I stayed behind the chained-off area outside the garage, it was fine. He even allowed me to borrow a plastic chair so I could sit while watching, which I appreciated. About five minutes later, another employee named Henry approached me in a very aggressive and rude manner. Without first asking or speaking respectfully, he loudly said, "Aw nah man, you can't be sitting out here with that chair like that, it's going to get all wet." At the time, I was completely covered by the overhead shelter near the garage doors and it was not raining on the chair at all. Caught off guard by how I was approached, I responded, "Really?" Henry then replied, "Yeah, the others are just too scared to tell you," referring to his coworkers. He then took the chair away abruptly while walking off. As I responded "wow" in disbelief at how the situation was handled, he eventually said "sorry," which made it seem like he may have realized afterward that he had handled the interaction poorly. I want to make it clear that Heath was great throughout the process and represented excellent customer service. Unfortunately, the interaction with Henry left a very negative impression and completely changed the experience. As someone who had recently returned from deployment, I was disappointed to be treated in such an unnecessarily hostile and disrespectful manner over something that had already been approved by another employee. Overall, I hope this feedback is taken constructively so future customers are treated with more professionalism and respect.
