I really appreciated the excellent customer service I received. They were knowledgeable friendly and showed me the problem, pointed it out (even though I knew the problem prior to taking it in). I was reluctant on having them repair the broken strut. Two other places quoted me prices of $1200-$1500. I was going to save and postpone that repair. However, Tires Plus quoted me $311.33 (for a used part) and that's exactly what they charged. NO surprise charges. AJ was my guy. But everyone I spoke to there was friendly and professional. It's safe to say any future auto repairs, I'll be visiting them again. Thank you guys!
