We have been taking our vehicles here since 2018. During that time, we've had countless things done…read morewith all of them. Frequent oil changes, replacing brakes, tires, fans, everything. The service over the last two years has really declined. It seems to be nothing but high school students now, or employees that don't know a lot about what they're doing. But recently they went above & beyond so I felt the need to put this online... they replaced a transmission gasket for us but the vehicle continued to leak. We were worried something more serious was going on & true to form, they were quick to get it in for analysis. They discovered that it was the gasket again & replaced it free of charge. I did not request the tow because I planned on retrieving the truck the following day and it was off the road and out of harms way. Once I figured out the truck was towed by Southside Towing I checked their website and determined they were closed on the weekend. I called Monday morning to ask about the bill and they stated it was $825 to tow the truck 23 miles. Southside stated that is the cost of doing business. Horrible customer service and very rude as well as being extremely overcharged. I would not recommend this business to anyone!!
