They didn't have the battery at the store, but called and found one. Told him where to go, and to come back and they would put it in for him. They stayed open late just to put the battery in, and didn't even charge him. I called to thank them, and they said of course, we couldn't let him leave without a working battery! The service over the last two years has really declined. It seems to be nothing but high school students now, or employees that don't know a lot about what they're doing.
