Got oil changed and new wipers/filters. Nice guys went above and beyond to help me get my moms car back running smoothly. Even ended up having the filter delivered from local autozone because they didn't have it all while I sat in the car with my 4 yr old. Gunner was the associate that helped me today. I really needed an oil change. I pulled in as a "walk in" oil change. They were open and had a spot available in their garage. I was able to get an oil change immediately. Gunner went in depth as to what I was getting with my oil change like tire pressure check, he went over my battery health, and told me my fluids were getting topped off. Stay away!!!!! 2nd time I have had a bad experience in 4 months. Both times several employees look at you but take 10 minutes or more to acknowledge you. Very young employees that are not trained as they don't know how to access systems or accounts. This time I left after being at the shop for over 30 minutes without an oil change!!!! Find a different company! And they respond to wait times and gnome the fact that I didn't even get my oil changed!!!!! read more

Stopped to get Emissions testing done, noticed they only do it till 4, I rolled in a little before 4:30. Gentlemen working were so kind and completed it for me anyways! 3/16/2017 - I keep giving the car wash end of this place another chance and must say, they of late always let me down. The last two years my vehicles (pickup and SUV) leave the wash with the back dirty. they used to wash the back before sending the vehicles through but not any more. For $20 per wash, is expecting a clean vehicle too much? 3/17/2018 - Took our SUV for a wash and the attendant prewashed the back of a vehicle with a wash brush but not ours. Once again a $20 wash and the vehicle left dirty. Only two washes left on the card I purchased and I will be done with this place. read more

Oh HELL no. I got my transmission fluid done a few months ago at an actual mechanic's shop, and the new manager Bill today tried telling me my transmission fluid was old. He would have happily done it for $110, and backpedaled like crazy when I told him the last time it was done. Stay away. You've been warned. read more

Very surprised! As an out-of-state driver, the odds were against me finding a decent place to have an oil change/checkup. I drove in with somewhat low expectations, but I was really impressed. Horrible customer service. Young kids are working now. Left maintenance light on after oil change and didn't reset my mileage. I was at another auto place earlier they recommend I go back to location of past oil change due to incorrect and Wrong doings. Also told me i wouldn't have any idea when my next oil change is. I go back to location asked to speak with manager got my money back. Explained what happened he didn't have a clue as to how to fix the light nor reset mileage. Very rude to me and disrespectful. Had to ask a colleague how to fix it. Young guy came over and used vulgar language because he wasn't sure how to fix it. The place charged $50 for an oil change. Will not go back again. If an oil change could be described as enjoyable, this was it. They offered additional services that I declined and there was no pressure to say yes. They don't know when the last time you have had certain things done (changed the transmission fluid), so it should be your responsibility to know whether or not you need it. Everyone was incredibly quick and professional, the peak of service with a smile. The prices are on display for everyone which I appreciate. Plus there are coupons if you go on their website. I put 1,000 miles on my vehicle a week (it currently has over 200,000) driving for work and I will definitely come back. read more

Zero stars. Do not take your car through this car wash! Your car can come off the track doing damage to your car and tires and you are stick with the damages. They'll say the damage to your tires are cosmetic and because the tires are still safe, you'll be screwed. The real disappointment is that the owners don't seem to care about bit that you're so upset about the car you take so much pride in. Horrible business. Horrible business owner. Car 1: went to Valvoline for oil change. two weeks later I found large puddle of oil under car. plug was screwed back in crooked and stripped the threads. Car 2: before I found the leak for car 1, I brought car 2 for oil change. they told me my taillights were out and serpentine belt was cracked and needed immediate replacement. I had the car checked and serpentine belt changed just a few months earlier by dealer. went back to dealer and had it checked. no problem. no problem with the tail lights either. I will not be going there again and I suggest no one else does either. read more

Recently, I had my F250 interior detailed. When I arrived to pick it up I found spots left on the carpeting and sections that had not been touched. The excuse I was given was that the detailer was in a hurry as he had something to do. In addition, I had several items missing. Also, parts of the leather interior had been damaged on the King Ranch. When I contacted the store they said they would have the owners contact me. With a Chicago number Drew left a message that they always place personal items in a white bag or that the items (a trailer adaptor and key) were never in the vehicle to began with and they only use a micro fiber cloth on the leather to clean. I assure you they were there when I dropped it off. Being that he wasn't there at the time he is incorrect...it is clear as I watched them spray on my seats he has no clue as to what is being performed and was not even the least concerned that a customer was not satisfied with the outcome of the services performed, in fact it appeared to all be my misunderstanding. As a president of a company I certainly would not recommend to anyone, especially if their management will not stand behind their organization and correct their mistakes!!!!! Buyer Beware read more

Awful costumer service!!! Avoid this place! I went for an oil change on Monday November 9th. I pulled in, it took three people to open the hood of my car, I have a Mini, they did the oil change I was supposed to be on my way....I drive out of the garage and my window won't go up, my blinkers don't work and the headlights don't turn on. I pulled the car around and a man runs over and asks what the problem is. I tell him the list above, they bring me back into the garage- it takes 4 people to open the hood of a car. Then I ask if they want me to pull the hood of the car lever...(seriously!) I had multiple sensors going off in the car, I got out the owners manual to tell them what they had done. I there was a mid-aged rough around the edges woman who stood around mostly talking to herself, the floor manager Tang looked around the car and said there was nothing they could have done! I pulled into their business with my car running perfectly. Now I have no lights, blinkers and my window is stuck down in Wisconsin fall. No one offered any solutions, it was dusk out and I had to drive home without lights, blinkers and my window down. I asked for a refund and WAS NOT given the $90.00r" refund. No one offered to follow me home, to give any procedure of what happens in this situation. When I asked to talk with the store owner/manager/ person in charge, the female employee said "I called him and I can't get him to talk to me or answer any of my questions" that wasn't professional or helpful. The overall sense of Delafield Valvoline is that they are not trained well, do not have consumer service skills and are stuck guessing what to do. The floor manage Tang opened up the inside passenger electrical/fuse panel....pretty sure that is not within his role. I was so frustrated that no one took any responsibility, no one empathized, no one showed remorse and they just sent me on my way saying the store managers name and phone number was on the receipt. I've never had such an awful experience. I've since called corporate office and filed a formal complaint, my car is at the mechanic as I drive a rental car and I have had to miss a half day of work. Here's my tip for the day...IF you live and do business in O-town do NOT give your money to Valvoline in Oconomowoc located by Ben Franklin... They completely took advantage of my teenager when she went in and she left with a $62.99 OIL CHANGE after she told them a "regular oil change" and the manager admitted that she said that, then they put the most expensive oil they had in it because it was "recommended" for the car. I called the Mgr. and he actually was argumentative and clearly not into customer service and repreat business!! I have a few "recommendations" for them...dont be crooked and money hungry and take advantage of a vulnerable person. read more
