Favorite car wash! It is right off the freeway and slightly hidden right way in the back behind a bowling alley. They are reasonably priced and always have a "special" going on for that day. When I asked where in the process of her body flush took place they waved at a place early in the process that obviously did not have underbody spray. My regular oil change place had a power outage and I had intended to get an oil change on my way out of town. A mechanic from another auto repair shop that was busy recommended Scrub-A-Dub and it did not disappoint! I pulled in and did not have to wait in line at all. The two men working with me explained everything they were doing as they did it. I was shown multiple options for synthetic oil with price points written out. When I asked the difference between the oils, they explained it very clearly. I did not feel as though I was being taken advantage of for my clear lack of knowledge of cars (as I often do) and the prices were much more reasonable than what I had been paying in the past. The customer service was great and I was called by my name throughout the entire process. The oil change was done quickly and efficiently (probably about a 5-10 minute process total). They also noticed that I was trying to pull up a coupon on my phone and added it in right away. I really like how honest the staff is at Scrub-A-Dub. I go to the one in West Allis as well, and at both places they have a fair price, tell you straight, and they also tell you what you don't need. That's what impresses me most. Some of these oil change places make you feel like they are just lookingpiling on the things that you supposedly need. It doesn't happen here. Everyone I saw and/or interacted with was friendly and professional. I was so impressed. I only had to wait about 5 min from arriving to pulling into the bay. I Love scrub a dub. It's easy in and easy out. The price is fair and they have mirrors at the end of your wash so you can check out how your whip looks after they clean it up. My 4 legged friend loves this wash because they give him treats every time we roll through. It really doesn't get much easier than dirty in clean out. It's a little weird to get back to as it's off the beaten path but once you know it's back there your good to go! read more

I was recommended here by a co-worker and lets just say he has maintained the trust. Initially was worried when I pulled in and there was a line. However, that line cruises. People were in and out of there like it was nothing. When it was quickly my turn it was the same for me. He was asking me questions about my oil and what kind I wanted and before I could have imagined possible he handed me my sticker and told me I was done. WHAT! That was the fastest oil change I have ever had. He also showed me my air filter to verify that it was clean (no one has ever done this, so I thanked him!) They topped off my washer fluid and checked everything else. They were kind, efficient and reasonable. Not only that but you get a free car wash with each oil change! Just "ok" for a car wash. This is the closest Scrub-A-Dub to our house so we stop from time to time. The attendants are always pleasant and even when there's a line, it seems to move quickly. While you're going through the wash there are fun neon lights to delight/terrify any small children or pets you may have with you. Fancy lights aside, I really just care about a clean car and I don't always get that. Today, there was still grime on the back of my car and the rinse wasn't great meaning I still had soapy stuff on my car when exiting. I probably could have complained but the line was all the way back to the street. Just know that Scrub-A-Dub will get the top layer of dirt off, but that's about it. Also, this location is a bit tucked away down a side street in the middle of an industrial area. Sometimes things get interesting - case in point, I stopped at one of the vacuums today to clean out my console. I'm dumping stuff and hear "ma'am...ma'am". I look up to see a trucker-ish guy holding out a carton of OJ. "Ma'am - do you want some OJ? 'Cause I got some extra." I declined very politely but was thinking "ohhhh-kayyy....nope, I do not want any OJ from a random guy talking to me over the fence at a car wash". So there you have it. Stop here, get a car wash and you might get some free OJ (may or may not contain roofie). read more

The worst experience I've ever had at any kind of car shop! A few years ago they messed up my husbands oil change that caused his check engine light to go on and he had to take it to a dealership to fix. I gave them another chance with my car and sure enough - less than 24 hours later my check engine and oil light went on! I went back to have them look at it and they were rude and told me that everything was tight, the oil was full and it wasn't anything they did. WRONG! After taking it to the dealership, it turns out they used the wrong oil filter! Never, ever trust your car here. read more

They do a great job at changing my oil, changing fluids, and putting air in my tires, all around it's always an excellent experience. About a little over a month ago, I had my Subaru serviced for an oil change. Turns out I had to pay $60 for a system flush because I had been running on low oil for a long period of time. That's $90 in all. Overall good experience, but yesterday my oil light came on. I checked the dip stick and it was bone dry. I checked and there is no leak in my car. The mechanics must have done something wrong while refilling the oil because there is no way it's all gone. Very unprofessional job and way too expensive for an oil change. I don't know about you but I DREAD getting my oil changed and getting a car wash. It was 10:00AM on a Sunday and my husband and I were killing time before a movie so he suggested we go kill two birds with one stone and hit up Scrub-A-Dub. First, no line. I was shocked. Again, it helped that it was early on a Sunday but still. YAY for us. Second, the guy changing the oil was super nice and gave us $2 off even tho we didn't have a coupon. Third, you exit the oil change place and get a car wash for FREE!! Yeah, it was pretty amaze. Last, the oil change was fast and efficent. We didn't have to get out of the car (I hate sitting in oil change places, they are usually unkept and germy) and we were out in about 10 minutes! Only downside, we had so many bugs on our car that the $1 upgrade for the BUG OFF didn't even take care of all the buggie nastyness. read more

Although I came at 11:30 am on a Tuesday the full service oil change only took minutes. It was nice not to even have to leave the car and with two service bays cars were rolling in and out. If you want a high price car wash with low quality work this is the place. For $9.00 would like truck clean and not just get rid of the dust. You will be better off running through water from melting snow on side of the road. The manager has the cars going so fast through cannot keep clean. Again, do not spend your money here. read more
