He said oh yes we'll make sure. He comes back a few minutes later and says they've been topped off and goes, "the wiper fluid wasn't much, maybe 8oz". It covered everything my previous warranty covered plus a few more things. I would pay as I go and the deductible would decline every few months. Six months later I'm moving to a new home and every light comes on in my Honda Odyssey, I took it in and the team assessed the issue. I remember the team saying to me, don't worry about it, the warranty is going to cover it. They came back with a huge issue with the motor, and rather than rebuilding the motor, Christian Brothers replaced the motor with a used motor with 65k less miles. In addition they covered a car rental for 3 days. Over the next few days they called to replace a few other things like a water pump so it wouldn't have to be done later and they paid for it. I was overwhelmed by their attention to detail and commitment to excellence. While at times they can longer than other shops, they stand by their work and use only the best parts. I'm now a lifelong Christian Bros customer as they have won my business going forward. I highly recommend to anyone!

On November 17, 2025, I came in because my check engine light kept turning on and off. After being…read moretold that replacing the mass airflow sensor and the oxygen sensor would resolve the issue, I spent an entire day waiting--only to pay a substantial amount of money and get back on Loop 288 with every light on my dashboard lit up. When I returned, they removed the oxygen sensor they had just installed because, apparently, that was what caused my car to malfunction. In other words, they were guessing from the start. Despite that, they had no problem charging me for a part that clearly did not fix my issue. After wasting two full days at this shop with zero resolution, my check-engine light is still on, and now I'm being told the problem is the fuel pump. It is unacceptable that I was charged for unnecessary work while the actual problem remains unaddressed. To make matters worse, when I returned on the 18th to express my frustration, the manager behaved extremely unprofessionally, taking my keys and walking off without a word. I am almost sure he insulted me, based on the staff's reaction. This entire experience was unprofessional, careless, and dismissive. I strongly advise anyone considering this location to take their vehicle anywhere else. I should never have been charged for guesswork.

Multiple Take 5 locations told me I had to return to the original shop to fix it. When I returned, I spoke with Efrain, the manager on duty. He first tried to charge me, then admitted it was their mistake and attempted to remove the plug. After an hour, he said he couldn't fix it and advised me to go to a mechanic. He promised to file a claim and said I'd hear back in two days. It's been several days and I've heard nothing. I took my vehicle to BMW, where I was quoted $3,100 to replace the entire oil pan due to the damage caused by Take 5. My car is now leaking oil, and I rely on it for work. I cannot afford this repair and am extremely disappointed by the lack of accountability and follow-through. I'm still waiting for a resolution. If you value your vehicle and your time, I strongly recommend going elsewhere.
