I have always come to this location for the convenience and support of the staff. Rushing in after work to make it there with time left in the work day to only learn that I could not be serviced 15min before closing. If the oil changes are quick as they normally are and the personnel is there and you cannot service, put up a sign or please block the way. read more

Please whatever you do DO NOT GO to this location or any valvolines. I got my tires rotated and the workers broke my wheel stud off. Before this happened they were arguing back and forth and then about 5 seconds later I asked what happened and they said it broke and blamed it on "wear and tear". They tightened the nut too tight and it broke. They didn't take any accountability. I filed a claim and the area manager didn't approve it. Of course they aren't going to approve it when the area manager makes the claim calls. Very unfair read more

This review is for the Brandon, MS location near Castlewoods Subdivision. They did not replace the oil pan cover correctly and it came off while I was driving. We took it back to them and they tried to fix it but didn't do it correctly and it happened again. After taking my car to a mechanic, the cover was replaced completely. The people at Valvoline (both in the store and customer service) were unapologetic and didn't seem to care at all. The convenience of sitting in your car while someone changes the oil is not worth the cost or headache of the poor service at this location. read more

Took my truck for the first oil change since I purchased it. Leave coming back to work and the skid plate falls down. Yep they didn't tighten it down. When I called to get them to come fix it. They tell me I should have been told they only put one bolt back in it. Not only do I know i had two when I got there they told me the second bolt couldn't be placed back due to it being striped. I now know why I normally change it myself! Very frustrating. read more

I went for and oil change and to get windshield wiper fluid since mine was empty and I was heading out of town. I ended up getting the radiator flushed since they told me toyota recommended it so the price was over 200.00. I confirmed that they do top off fluids and check tires, however they closed the hood and were saying goodbye with out checking the tires or filling the wiper fluid. I mentioned this, and the manager came and put 1/4 of the wiper fluid in my tank. And his coworker checked the tires. I pulled out but stopped and told them my wiper tank uses the whole container and I thought the policy was to top off the fluids. The Manager let me know they were low on wiper fluid and he was trying to make it last. This was the second time they were going to let me drive off with no wiper fluid, though marking it as OK. I don't have any idea what else was ignored, but zip do know customer service was not the priority in my case. I'm tempted to go somewhere and have the fluid levels checked on the other things marked as OK, before I get on the road. A welcoming crew is great, but integrity is important. read more

Chris is the manager here and did a fine job assisting me with my rare muscle car. The bathroom was pretty clean, unusual for a car shop. Very friendly and thorough service. I sat in the waiting room with an elderly women. A gentleman came in and said Ma'm you don't need an oil change yet. You should save your money and come back to see us in 1000 miles. She was surprised and grateful. He then helped her to her car. Every time I go to this location, they try to talk me in to getting other things done to my car, even when I know they are not needed. Only after I tell them no can they can come up with a "deal" price. The last time I got my oil changed they "checked the washer fluid" and said it was OK, yet I have 0 washer fluid. You don't get what you pay for. Overall unhappy with this service. read more
