Stopped by at opening needing 3 new trailer tires to make it back home to Florida ASAP. Great customer service, they sent an employee to go pick some up from their warehouse and were back in 30 minute. Mark and Philip immediately took our old rims off and popped the new tires on. Went in at 8:30am for an oil change, tire rotation and alignment. They find that the air filters need to be replaced at 9:20/9:30am ish. I tell them go ahead and change them. They come back in 30 min and tell me I need new brakes. I tell them not today and that I would come back for that work to be done. They don't pull my truck around until around 11am but then no one calls me up to the counter. I see one of the workers go back up to my truck to look at something about 10 min later and then the worker drives off. I finally decided I needed to ask what's taking so long at 11:45am and then they say "oh yeah your truck is ready." None of the workers were even doing anything but chatting by the garage desk. I called at lunch twice today and planned to bring my car in at 3:30 for a alignment. I brought it in around 1pm. They told me 1 hour. When I got there at 4pm to pick my car up they told me I was next.. which is BS. THEN the guy tells me they only have 1 guy working (there was more than 1 person working) and to come back tomorrow and make sure I get there earlier than I did today! He said this after I called in advance and they told me they would do it? Also, I only needed a alignment because I bought 4 GOODYEAR TIRES... won't be doing that again. read more

My partner just came by this location for an oil change. The free tire rotation, and car care check that was ordered as a complimentary service were never completed. One tire had a nail in it that wasn't discovered until she had to bring the car back and inquire why the rotation never happened. Free services shouldn't be offered if they're not to be completed, period. The employee patched the hole (which is great) but when she drove off, there was less air in the tire than before the nail was removed and patched, and now the tire wont hold any air pressure at all. This is unacceptable as it could've caused more damage and a possible accident. They were sure to recommend $500 worth of other repairs that may or may not be needed (to be determined) and overlook a leak in the tire? It's a damn tire shop. It's their specialty! Had they been forthright and just recommended the tire be replaced, maybe they would've made more money on the transaction instead of losing possible repeat business. Interesting to me how the reviews by male customers are all but one of the 5-star experiences, and the 1-star reviews seem to all come from women? The man leaving this review intends to call over to the Better Business Bureau. Sexism in customer service is outdated and simply disgusting. Get it together Goodyear. read more

Would go here often because of location.... but went in yesterday to a rude employee, telling me of a wait time. I don't mind a wait time but I usually get my oil changed here and it never takes longer than 30 mins. He then questioned me as if I didn't know what an oil change was.... I left and just decided to try somewhere else just to "see!" I don't even know why I've been going to Goodyear... switched to Car Care Clinic and it is amazing! read more

My husband made an appointment for an oil change last Thursday. We arrive on time for the appointment today (Tuesday) only for the woman behind the counter to inform us that it will be a two hour wait! What an unprofessional way to conduct a business! I had some car trouble passing through town. They did work for me that they don't specialize in, and they went above and beyond to help me fix my problem and there was no wait. I typically work on things myself and went to this Goodyear to get help/advice on something. The manager not only welcomed my questions but actually went outside and put my car on the rack himself and solved the problem. His job is really more focused around being in the office and not in the shop but in an effort to help me and not interrupt his men working on other customers' vehicles he went outside and did it himself. Then, he refused to accept payment. A+ for friendliness and helpfulness. read more

Recently I had my oil changed, tires rotated at a better price than Firestone. When I noticed my coolant was not topped off 2 weeks later, they told me to come by and fixed this quickly. I'm pleased with their attitude towards customers, and now that I'm on the Goodyear mailing list for discounted specials, I plan to have my oil changed there from now on. read more
