I requested an estimate for tires on a specific vehicle I provided the make and model and details of the car. I get only one estimate, the Firestone weathergrip. No other comparisons, just that one. I decided to trust the salesman. Huge mistake of mine! He never informed me that the tire is of different size! He confidently said this one fits your vehicle. I wanted oem factory recommendations, but he bumped it to a different size without explaining that part to me. I'm sorry I'm not knowledgeable, but that should have been told especially if that would change the odometer of the vehicle. I only learned this after doing more research. I only found out after I got home with the car. Oem size: 235/40r 18 Size he gave: 235/45r 18 I get it still fits, however that's terrible customer service on not advising me the change of size AND how it may impact the vehicle itself! This is my fault for trusting someone. Common enough mistake for someone inexperienced, not a huge deal, put new filter on, added oil and he was back to work. Went in to talk to Take 5, guy outside in his car asks what I need as he is the manager. I started to tell him my story while he looked at the receipt. He first commented that I shouldn't come in on the weekend with this. Then he said the employees that did the work were no longer there. Then he said since we had taken it somewhere else to fix he couldn't do anything, even though the issue was noticed far from Minot. Whatever, I wasn't looking for much, maybe the price of the filter. Talking with the manager was a bad experience. He wasn't looking to improve service or correct an oversight, he was looking to get rid of me as soon as possible and take no responsibility. Won't be back.

Obviously I had questions so I tried to talk with the people on the phone and they kept speaking over me, stating that they refused to do anything with it. I eventually drove to inspect the condition of my vehicle and see if it was even moveable, as it seemed that explaining my vehicle was not in operating condition wasn't enough for them to at least have some patience and a little bit of understanding for someone who just got into a collision. When I spoke with one of the mechanics, he was quick to anger and began to yell and argue with me to the point where I had to walk out, because it was clear that communication and customer service wasn't the strong suite of this establishment. When my friend who had drove me there went to receive my keys, the mechanic had the audacity to say that "some people need to learn to help themselves" after I tried requesting that they themselves explain to the insurance company (who had sent my vehicle to the location for repairs), that they lack the capability and skill set to work on or repair my vehicle, despite the name of the auto shop. Talking rudely about someone to the party that they were with, is definitely not professional. If you can't seem to bite your tongue, then you shouldn't work in customer service, or frankly be in the workplace at all. Overall, the experience I had with this place, not even being a client of theirs, convinces me that, should anyone need auto repair or servicing, Superior auto repair lacks professionalism, basic communication skills, and the basic quality of being cordial with someone.

After walking around my car, we found out that FIVE lugnuts in total were missing. When the mechanic called me earlier that day, not a word was said about this! He basically told me that finding out what the problem is with my headlights was "not worth his time". They had my car for 2 days, I asked them to check out 3 things: my headlights, my a/c and my front drivers side wheel bearing. In 2 days he managed to check the bearing, keep in mind he did nothing but look at it, as I asked for them not to work on it until we discussed prices. On top of all this, he accused me of having fake plates!!! Seriously? #1, you're not a DOT inspector, highway patrol officer, or any other person who would have a reason to inspect my plates!! Perhaps if you had done your job instead of making up crap, my car would have been properly checked over instead of the half a**** job I got!! And naturally, when I called this morning about the lugnuts, he had already covered his butt and told the receptionist that they were missing when I brought it in. **Avoid this place!** It's a joke!

I dropped off my older truck, which hasn't had an alignment in decades as far as I know, along with a steering stabilizer I wasn't able to install due to a stuck bolt. I dropped the truck off early and Jerry had it done with stabilizer installed by my original appointment time. Truck doesn't pull to the right anymore and Jerry didn't try to sell me anything extra.
