I've been a long time customer of this location on Easy Street in Wenatchee. I've always had a great experience until today at around 4:30pm on 10/30/2022. I went in for a full synthetic oil change $100+ only to receive a snarky a** comment from one of the oil attendants. I politely asked for an oil change and nothing else. I informed them I didn't want any fluids or filters and had brought my own oil filter. When the tall, curly haired, and polite attendant passed this information to his short, dark haired, small build, and rude coworker changing another customer's oil, he responded with "dOes hE HaVe hiS oWn oiL tOo" in a snarky attitude. Let's just say he may need some more training on customer service and how to speak to customers. I let them know I no longer wanted the service and drove away. It's safe to say I won't be doing business here anymore and I'll be sure to let people know to avoid this place as long as he is an employee there. read more

Thanks for over tightening my oil filter now a simple 10 min job has me fighting for an hour and a half.

I (we) had the fluids on our 2019 Toyota 4Runner checked and topped off. We left on 5/5/2023 for a two-week trip to visit several ailing relatives and friends in SoCal and AZ. We got as far as Hwy 395 between Lakeview, OR and Alturas, CA when the drive-train started to slip and then quit working altogether. No cell service (of course) but the locals were friendly and drove my wife to where there was cell service. The driver who picked her up alongside the road knew someone with a tow truck who agreed to come get us. He said there was no-one who he felt would be qualified to do the repairs and recommended we go to a dealer in Klamath Falls (Lithia Toyota-100+ miles away). We arrived just before they closed (~4:30 PM) and they accepted the vehicle. Ther only auto rental was closed (being Saturday), so we got a cab to a hotel and tried to re-book our reservations=we were unable to do so and the loss accrued to be $500+. Two days later, we were informed that the "last servicer" (Valvoline in Wenatchee) failed to tighten the drain plug and all the differential fluid drained out, resulting in a "trashed differential". Since it was not caused by a Toyota technician, it was not covered by our 100,000-mile power train warranty. Estimated cost to us: $5700.00!! Two days more and we were told that the axle had actually welded to the gears and could not be removed-to the tune of an additional $1400 dollars in repair. We are now waiting to confirm that (1) Auto Club will cover the 25 mile tow to Alturas, as well as the 100 mile tow to Klamath Falls, (2) when our car will be ready (erstimated to be 1 or 2 weeks or more), (3) what it will cost for a rental to return to Klamath Falls to pick it up, when it is ready. To return to Klamath Falls will likely cost us about an additional $1000.00 to rent a car, get rooms, pay for gas, etc. Correction: It was Valvoline in EAST Wenatchee. read more

After waiting over 10 minutes I was asked to move to let the person who arrived before in my spot because their lane was taking longer. Ok first come first served. Don't wave me in and then tell me to move to wait another 15 minutes. Nope, I left. read more

I would advice you to look elsewhere when it comes to getting an oil change. First thing was that when I pulled in, one of the employees whacked the side of my car with an extendable hose. Didn't even acknowledge it happened and just looked away. I know I drive a clapped out 15 year old Subaru, but an apology would be nice. Honestly, I wouldn't even include this review if it wasn't for the real damage that had taken place. They were quick I will give them that, however one of the employees had forgot to tighten the oil plug as well as installing a "faulty oil filter". This has resulted in me coming out to my car later that day and discovering a huge puddle of oil as well as smoking from the hood when driving back. The manager had acted like it was no big deal and that this sort of thing happens all the time. What he fails to realize is that many people wouldn't even bother checking which could result in devastating problems down the road. I simply urge you to look elsewhere. This place seems temping due to the convenience but it is simply not worth it. read more

I am not sure why these place is got 4.5 stars if I could I give them -5. Stop there to drop my car for oil change this afternoon, when I came up to pay for service a young individual starting yelling at me for no reason after stepping on the redline of the garage.I am not sure how they spec there customers to pay for their oil service when the POS Sistem is between the garage. And for some reason he thought that he was funny and cute from the looks it seem like there is no management on the building I will never come to this building to do my old change and I will let my friends not to come to this Shop! read more

The worst place to get an oil change! if you like to spend money on car repairs take your vehicle to this place! They put in the wrong size oil filter and I've spent countless hours and money not to mention what the damage the did to my 2013 jeep wrangler sport. They didn't take any accountability for they're mistake which has cost me a lot of time and money and worry. This is my only vehicle and I commute to Seattle for work who knew that a simple oil change would do so much damage to my vehicle. Don't do business here unless you have money to throw away or don't care about your vehicle. read more

They're fast, I'll give them that, I'm not even sure if they changed my oil?? no perks for an expensive $25 air filter and cheap $85 oil change. They don't even clean your window!! I regret giving them a chance. read more

The past 10 months I have been taking my car's to Valvoline here in town in Ellensburg come to find out they've been putting the wrong oil in my vehicle. If my SUV was the 2.4 liter they'd have gotten in right I have the 3.0 liter which takes 5W20 according to the manual and also it's very important to the warranty of the vehicle to use what's reccomended. Not to mention the fact the oil changes were 79.99 for full synthetic 0W20. I called down there spoke to some young man and explain to their mistakes to let them know that you losing a customer all I got from him was I quote "it's all good man" I'm not sure if that means I'm sorry in todays kids language but it was a post poor response. read more

Sometimes quick and sometimes really really slow... is it common practice to have 4 guys on the clock with only two of them working?

I was quoted one price over the phone but it wasn't honored once there. I was told the total but my card was charged more.

I went in to get an oil change with a 10$ off coupon and they were really fast! I sat in my car the whole time which was really nice. Although they were expensive, I'd say 4/5 recommend. read more

They almost destroyed my engine. They put transmission fluid in where my oil goes, loosened up my battery, and put oil around my brakes. I will never go there again. Please go else where. It isn't worth going there, them messing up your engine, and then risk you getting in an accident. I spent $45 to get screwed over. read more

My daughter brought her car in on August 13th. She paid $200 for service, a "oil change!" Two hours later her car bust a rod because this company filled too much oil, tightened the bolts and had complete damage to the car. The car is toast. We have had to hire a mechanic and then claim on our insurance which is investigating. This company basically has refused to take responsibility. Beating around the bush to help resolve this or and take responsibility to fix it. They have refused to send me footage of the cameras as well. My next step is small claims to get this fixed. This place is horrible! Do not take your car here for anything!!! Had a car that was bought less than a week earlier with no problems in for basic oil and transmission service and now are both leaking and they didn't replace plugs in undercarriage. Going to be more expensive overall than having them do a simple job. Don't fall for them being nice especially if you are a girl or you are older. I've heard of three other similar stories just from people I know. They won't help you out in trying to fix it when you call them out on it. I would give them zero stars if that was an option!!! read more
