After a bad experience at a local Seattle area dealer, walking out 5 hours later at signing when promises were not kept, I sent an inquiry to Cascade for a 2017 Kia Sedona. I heard from the dealer the next day. Carlos knew I had a lot of questions, so he sat in the van to call me back and answer everything about the Sedona in real time. He arranged a talk with warranty when I had questions. He let me have time to think about it, talk to my spouse and I didn't have to walk into the dealer and wait around all day as I did a few days before. The price on the van was more than fair and significantly better than I had seen elsewhere. We decided to call Carlos and let him know we were ready to move forward. After emailing in the credit app, Carlos called back with the financing details and then upon approval, arranged the paperwork. He even offered to deliver the car to us at no cost. Ted from finance called me the next day to go over the numbers and terms and verify all the information. The numbers came out as they should, no surprises and everything Carlos promised was in the paperwork. The price was great and I didn't need to even haggle. It was a relief. We decided to come in the dealer the next day, honestly still nervous things were not as easy as they seemed. . Everything was exactly as they said, and we spent a maximum of 15 min in the dealership. Buying every vehicle should always be this easy. Though they are a solid 2 hours from our house, it was worth it. It is the first time I left a dealer and really felt good about the entire experience. I am now glad my first van fell through. I paid 3800 less for the whole transaction and the van had 6.5K less miles. We will be back for all our vehicle purchasing. Honestly, best car transaction in 30 yrs. I recently brought in my 2017 Subaru Impreza for a tune up and diagnostic/repair on my thermostat. When I received my vehicle back. They told me everything they completed on my vehicle (including tire rotation). I immediately noticed my tire pressures were not within specification, and they read the exact same pressures prior to bringing the vehicle in. This was evidence that my tire rotation was not completed, nor was my vehicle even thoroughly inspected, as stated in my discharge paperwork. Their technician also overfilled my oil by 1 Quart, which can damage the motor. They did not bother to call my warranty company for the repairs needing done on my thermostat. The repair would have in fact been covered under warranty & could have saved me money out of pocket. Instead, David in Subaru Service Dept. brushed it off like he did not want to deal with the warranty company and charged me out of pocket. I left the dealership with my vehicle, and about a week into driving noticed my vehicle is STILL experiencing the same issues with the thermostat & also rough idling. When I called to speak with them, I was made to feel like I was in the wrong for noticing these major discrepancies. I brought my vehicle in for a second opinion from a different maintenance shop, and they diagnosed/fixed my issues right away. They also found the discrepancies with my vehicle listed above. Eric, the manager of Cascade Subaru Service, wrote me a check that covered only the diagnostic and thermostat repair. I appreciate the gesture, but based on my experience that is not satisfactory to me & I will never go back. I do not trust them after this experience. This has me concerned for other's safety, costly vehicle repairs, as this dealership is not trustworthy. read more

My truck broke down in Chelan on a Sunday and had to have it towed to Cascade Chev. I called first thing in the morning and spoke with Mark. Mark was super helpful and assured me they would get the bottom of the issue and talk to the warranty company I had for my extended warranty to figure out where to go from there. Long story short, they had my transmission swapped and my truck completely fixed and ready for pickup on Friday of that week. Shoutout to Tyler in the service also for being willing to come in on his day off to help me get my truck back if I couldn't make it Friday. I made it when they were open, but still, he made sure I knew he could do that for me. All in all it was a great experience and if I didn't live 3 hours away I would likely do business with them again! read more

I took my truck in for an oil change and TIRE ROTATION.....well after 1 1/2 hrs. (and Ihad an appointment) it was finished (supposedly) Got the truck home and was checking some other settings came across Tire Pressure.(I don't normally check I assume they have done their job) Their were 3 different settings...so I drove back to the dealer and their response was " guess they misread the gauge) Really.....then why did you give me a sheet of paper that asked what the beginning and ending tire pressure was and it was TOTALLY DIFFERENT then the tir e pressure was (one tire by 5lbs.) Bottom line is I do not trust these people...I have had issues therein the past...No More...I will NEVER set foot in this place ever again...I would suggest you do the same....` read more

Went into Cascade Auto Center to purchase an SUV. Really wanted to keep the money in Wenatchee. We agreed on a price with the sales guy and was assured we had an agreement once he spoke with the finance manager. They needed to detail the vehicle. Brought my family in the next day to make sure the kids liked it. The finance manager decided to increase our previously agreed upon price by thousands of dollars. When asked why they would not honor our previous conversation they had no response. I will never do business with Cascade Auto. Don't waste your time here! read more

I called three times explaining I needed a key made for my car. He said It was fine and they could do it no problem. Drove over two hours to make this happen and when I had arrived he said that he could not complete his task. I tried to get the key code over the phone to make sure it would work but I was instructed that I had to be there in person. I asked several times to make sure this would work and could get my key because I had to have it today. I would have paid the locksmith extra in my town to get it done but I was assured that it was capable. Needless to say don't go out of your way to this place. And if you do decide to go there quadruple check that they can do their damn job. read more

I purchased a 2016 Subaru Outback from the Subaru department. John was helpful and made for a smooth purchase. However, the service department is awful. I went in for an oil change (warning: do not go there for oil changes) and not only did they put in the wrong oil, but they over filled it. They put in 7 quarts of it. They also charge you close to 90 (!!!!) dollars for the oil change. So in my case, my car started getting significantly worse gas mileage (20mpg combined) and when I confronted the Subaru techs, they denied putting in the wrong oil or doing anything wrong that would cause the drop in mpg. Went to a Subaru expert (H&D auto) and they found that the Subaru department had put in the wrong oil and overfilled it causing my engine to work excessively hard. Changed the oil and the car runs better, but still not up to the mpg I had before. I went back to subaru and explained that I had changed the oil and the car was better, and instead of offering a refund, they offered me a free oil change in the future. As If id want one. Overall, the subaru service department is severely lacking. The techs are not customer friendly, they are rude, and they are certainly not experts. If you can, avoid servicing your car there. Also, never buy oil filters, or air filters from them. They wanted to charged me 50 dollars to install an air filter. You can buy one yourself for 12 dollars and easily install it. They'll do anything to get your money, but they won't treat you well. Only reason I gave them 1 star is for the service I got when I purchased the car. Otherwise, ill never buy or service my car at cascade subaru ever again. read more

Avoid the service department. I stopped in for a routine oil change on my Mazda (and found out they no longer sell Mazdas but apparently can still service them). My car was 7 months old and had under 10,000 mostly-highway miles since new. All was going well until the service clerk came into the waiting room and showed me a dirty cabin air filter which they wanted to replace. Without thinking much about it, I said go ahead. When it came time to pay the bill, the filter was around $25 but they added $26 for a mold preventive spray! I complained, but it was too late. Now that I read the manufacturers recommended service interval, I find "replace every 2 years or 30,000 miles". Plus, they didn't give me the old part when I left the store -- another tell tale that this is a scam. read more

The Subaru service department is very helpful. I spent the winter season of 2014-15 in Washington and regularly serviced my Forester at Cascade. I have since moved back to Connecticut, but realized there was a problem with some of the work performed while I was there. I spoke with the new service manager, Eric, who was friendly and made sure to take care of my concerns from the other side of the country. $13,000 later in less than a year, my car had to be towed this weekend with a brand new engine. 300 miles from the service dept. Called service this morning and was told the main belt that runs the new engine was not part of the new engine. This place has repeatedly tried to take advantage of me knowing I'm on disability.. Just because I'm disabled, does not mean that I do not understand the mechanics of a car. The new engine put in December should still be working perfectly, without me being broke down on the side of the road in the middle of nowhere. I was then told that where I had it towed to was not a Chevrolet dealership and then I would have to have it moved to another city. I'm out in the middle of nowhere. I am on disability, and had to get a hotel room on my disability income. Do not take your automobile to this service station. They still haven't repaired the exhaust manifold that they cracked when they were pulling out the other engine. As of July 24. They have repaired my exhaust manifold and reimbursed me the cost of hotel room and car repair while stranded. My brakes are still an issue but I will be going to a different dealership in another city to help. I am contacting the Attorney General They made me wait without my car for a week repairing the exhaust they broke last December. A week I was scheduled to move across the mountains. read more

After a week, they email me asking if im interested in purchasing a car from them. I respond saying i was but they failed to call me to discuss it. Everything was fine until 10 more minutes down the road the light came on again. We found the Cascade Autocenter in Wenatchee, Home of the Subaru dealership. My husband went in to ask if they could take a peek at the issue. We were taken right back. 40 mins later in the waiting area we were told our car was done. We had an amazing buying experience at Cascade Subaru. We had totaled our car (hit a deer) and were leaving for vacation on Friday. We needed a car immediately, and we needed an AWD, used but in good condition. I had my heart set on a Subaru, but wasn't sure we'd be able to find one in our price range. Scott (salesman) sent me pictures and specs on two different used Subarus. We showed up on Thursday to test drive one of them - an '06 Forester. It was in amazing condition an reasonably priced. Originally bought at Cascade, all of the car's service was completed at Cascade. They had all the service records. Since we were leaving on vacation the next day we needed to finish the deal that night. Scott and the finance department made it easy and painless. They were very helpful, good natured and tolerant of our crazy two-year-old who was running around. We left the lot feeling very comfortable with the transaction. I brought my 2013 Subaru here for a major repair because I thought the repairs would be top notch, unfortunately the car came back with unnecessary damages. The technicians bent intercooler fins, scratched clear coat on both sides of the car, and also somehow damaged the screen on the $1k navigation system. You would think a major service center/dealership would be of the highest quality (especially at the rates they charge), they do guarantee their work for as long as you own the car but they need to strive for 100% top quality work the first time the car goes in. I will not be bringing my car back here, even if it is just for an oil change. read more

This is a qualified review since a car wasn't purchased, but the sales experience was five stars. I found a used car on their website and emailed them a few times for more info. Ariana Mendoza was very prompt and pleasant with her phone and email replies. The car was for my Mom so when we visited the dealership we dealt with Randy Roberts. Randy couldn't have been more helpful and accommodating and it was obvious that this dealership ensures that their vehicles are in top shape or they won't sell them. Here's the qualifying part - when it came time to negotiating the price, I didn't realize this dealership posts its best price, which was much higher than the highest KBB Blue Book for this car in the Wenatchee area. Our final offer was near the top of KBB's "Excellent" condition price range, but that wasn't accepted so we walked. We were subjected to the old school gotta-talk-with-the-mysterious-person-in-the-back a few times (to see if our offer would be accepted), but I expected that. Randy did leave a voicemail for me afterwards, implying that a new offer was available, but since I traveled from the Seattle area to make this deal, I had already left Wenatchee. All in all, it was a nice experience and I appreciate how well we were treated. read more

I have to say that I am very disappointed with my experiences at Cascade Auto Center. The first time (October) we test drove a 2010 Chevy Silverado, when it came time to do the financing (we had challanged credit) the salesman came out and told us that "it was just too much truck for us" and said we should lower our expectations. My boyfriend had been looking at trucks for several months. On a Sunday afternoon in December 2011 (we thought they were closed) we went looking for a car for me. A different salesman, Justin, came out and offered his assistance. Within a couple of hours we were approved at 0% interest on a brand new Chevy Silverado, added a couple of options for no additional charge and were pleased with our transaction and happy with the way we were treated. Last weekend, we went back to Cascade, asked for Justin, because we were interested in getting into a new Subaru, possibly leasing. Since he was a Chevy salesman, we were handed off to Scott, who just happened to be the original salesman who told us "That it was too much truck for us". Willing to give Scott another opportunity to earn our business, we were once again treated poorly. When it comes to going "the extra mile" Scott is NOT your man. If the sale is easy (not willing to negotiate unless comparisons are available) and you have all of your ducks in a row, meaning easy financing.. then he might be the salesman for you. He is really knowledgable when it comes to Subaru, but that is all of the credit that I will give him. Not a happy customer, especially since 6 months ago we spent about $40k at their dealership. The answer I got from Scott was "Subaru said no, keep your current car and work on the issues that you have, I'm sure you know what they are". He then turned around and helped another customer. There was no "well, maybe we can try this" or "can you get a cosigner" or "how much down can you put", "let's look at traditional financing". Nothing! We bought a used car here about 2 weeks ago the car is great! We were looking into a car online and when we called we spoke with Anna who was great and setup out appointment to test drive when we were available. We then worked with Paul v. He was great! He was really knowledge about th car and he helped us walk out feeling like we got a good deal. He even purchased new wiper blades that weren't so good before we took the car home. The deal making process wasn't much of a hassel and the finance guy didn't pressure us to get the warranty that was offered he just simply explained it and offered but didn't pressure us to buy. The only thing that irritated me was with a different sales guy. We came in on a Sunday about 15 minuets before our appointment at 12 which is when they open as well. We get out and walking around the car looking at it and the sales guy who was outside walked up to us and said hey BTW we are not open for another 15 minuets. We told him we know and we have an appointment to drive at 12. He repeated himself and said okay well when we open we will get that going for you. Then not even 5 minuets later he was showing someone else a suv and unlocked and started it for them..... but yet "they're not open" I thought it was very rude and don't recommend the older Paul guy. Service department performed far above expectations! Our two sons and two of their friends were using our 03 Silverado pickup to go camping this week. Long story - short, the fuel pump failed before they made it to the campground. We had the truck towed to Cascade and dropped off after hours last night. This morning we explained our situation to Scott, the assistant service manager, and he got our truck checked out and in the shop right away. Since they had all the parts, they were able to have the repair done today. We thought we were going to have to leave the truck, rent a car, and come back later this week. Since we live out of town, that would have been a huge hassle. Instead, we were back on the road just after noon. I would never have expected it. A big thanks go to Scott and his crew. A few other things we noticed: the service waiting area is air conditioned, has a TV, WiFi, a kids room, computer desk, cookies. There is a Comfort Suites hotel one block away so we were able to walk. The location is very easy to get to from US2 and US97. read more

Terrible experience with Sales and Manager. Advised salesmen I would be traveling from out of town (1 hour 45 minute drive) to come over and look at 1 specific vehicle they had online. I would be there at 2pm. But please be sure vehicle would be there as I would be taking a vacation day from work. He said no problem it'll be here at 2pm or we'll call you if it sells. I said great fair enough but please call if you sell it. Long story short I show up at 1:40 pm. Car is on a test drive not sure when the car will come back. But do you want to buy a brand new one instead (8k difference in price). Really messed me up and then NO REMORSE what so ever. Manager hid in the office would not come out and talk to me. Salesperson Grant also hid in the back. They basically just wanted me to go away while waiting for them to come out of the back office area. I caught Grant peeking to see if I was gone yet. When he finally came out was rude and a trying to be a sleazy salesmen trying to sell me a more expensive vehicle. Grand waste of time and effort. Do not do business with this company. read more
