Each technician communicated with each other and knew exactly how to get all the many different systems checked and serviced with efficiency. Hours after they said the vehicle would be ready, we can finally head out. Two hours later one of the BRAND NEW TIRES blew leaving us stranded on the side of the road. So after spending over $700 for the tires, we also got to pay $450 to tow the vehicle the rest of the way home. Dealing with the store we bought the service from sucked. Dealing with the area manager was BARELY more helpful. Even if it's Sunday, I'd wait it out until Monday to go ANYWHERE else. I now feel stuck with these tires and I don't feel safe on the road, but i can't afford to purchase another set since I already bought these out of desperation.
