I have had Pelican's three times while visiting Georgia- two with their special events food truck and another at this location. They offer a range of flavor options for toppings and add-ins like milk or ice cream. My favorite flavor is Birthday Cake. Service is always good for a pleasant experience. It all started with a visit to Chalmette, La and now this Augusta location is part of the Pelican's Snowballs franchise, which has locations throughout the southeastern U.S.

So just ordered the chocolate. It came in two tone color like moca on the bottom but nope it had no flavor at all. I asked what was on the bottom they said a new container of chocolate. I love vampire penguin but not here. Dishes came out with no decorations just a dollop of whip cream. How boring. Never here again.

When we went up to get in line the menu had so many different flavors to pick from. The man who took our order was kind, fast and efficient and had the shaved ice ready quickly. My daughter went with a kid flavor that also came with some butterfly gummies, my son and I opted to pick out our own flavors and added so condensed milk. I went with a passion and pina colada. It was good and the perfect ending to a hot day outside. My kiddos loved their shaved ice as well and are constantly asking to go back.

Back when a Snoball shop was just a dream, we didn't know much, but we knew we wanted soft ice and great true-to-life flavors! After much research (eating lots of snoballs), we found what we thought was the very best ice shaver and flavors. The soft, fluffy ice originating in New Orleans blew us away and so, "New Orleans" style snoballs it is! But we didn't stop there. Some really misguided folks think that snoballs are for kids. OK. Let's offer something for the more sophisticated palate. That is how we ended up with our other favorite offering--Italian Ice. Georgia summers are HOT! And Italian ice offers a great cold treat that isn't heavy--just refreshing. When the oppressive humidity of Georgia is weighing you down, our light, ice cold Italian Ice hits the spot! All of our flavors are made in house so that we are able to control the quality and consistancy. Almost all of the flavors are made with fresh fruit and have NO artificial flavors or coloring, giving our customers the most natural Italian ice in the area! We didn't stop there though!
