The facility is fantastic in so many ways and the folks that I have met there are all friendly and helpful. Using the indoor track is easy and works in any kind of weather. The facility has generous hours that work for just about everyone. We have children and they enjoy the kid's area each time we visit. Having experience running a business and understanding that humans make mistakes, we had allowances that let us refund money for things not disclosed at time of write up. Contract details weren't clear, and when I tried to cancel in advance, they talked me out of it and said I should put my account on hold. When putting my account on hold, they did not inform me that it would be a $30 every month That it was on hold. When I finally realized three months later that they were charging me, I called to cancel. Then they hit me with a $100 cancellation fee. Just a heads-up for those considering their services!

She honored the 60 days because of the holiday. March 1st, I get a other charge. I've been calling for a month with no resolve. Then tonight at 10:30PM, I start getting texts about how she canceled my husbands add on as a courtesy, but because it was the 2nd I had to pay again! Oh, and she has no record of me being there, BUT she canceled for me as a courtesy. How did she do that if there is no record of me coming to cancel? That doesn't make sense. This has been so mishandled. It took a month to get anywhere and then it's by text at 10:30PM. So unprofessional! I will dispute with my credit card company. Unfortunate!
