The facility is fantastic in so many ways and the folks that I have met there are all friendly and helpful. Using the indoor track is easy and works in any kind of weather. The facility has generous hours that work for just about everyone. We have children and they enjoy the kid's area each time we visit. I've been going to this gym since 2022…read more Pretty solid range of equipment, usually all in good working order. Everything you need for a complete workout. Early in the morning or late at night it's not too busy, during daytime hours it tends to get pretty crowded. Locker rooms/showers are decent, but there's been a lot of paper towel trash and such scattered around on several occasions when I go in. They're okay, but not great. One of the main reasons I chose this gym was because it had a sauna. However, it would be nice if it were given a good cleaning once in a while. In the four years I've been here, I've never seen it get a full deep clean. A few spots of the benches are cracked and the heater has broken down on several occasions over the past few months. Sauna needs an overhaul in general, but is in desperate need of a real cleaning. Staff, no complaints at all. The staff is probably the best thing this place has going for it. I've seen a lot of people come and go over the years, but have never had an issue with any of them. Every staff member I've interacted with has been good people.

Contract details weren't clear, and when I tried to cancel in advance, they talked me out of it and said I should put my account on hold. When putting my account on hold, they did not inform me that it would be a $30 every month That it was on hold. When I finally realized three months later that they were charging me, I called to cancel. Then they hit me with a $100 cancellation fee. Just a heads-up for those considering their services!

The workouts are tough but fun, a nice mix of fast-paced and slow lifting and recovery. The equipment is top-of-the-line (treadmills, water rowers, dumbbells, benches, resistance bands, bosu balls, and other assorted equipment). The coaches are highly-trained professional trainers who push and encourage us to do our best and beyond what we think we can achieve. I have been a member for a little over year and have surpassed every goal I have set for myself. I can't recommend this program enough.

Before that occurred, on May 29, I called and clearly stated that I wanted my membership to end when my contract expired and that I did not authorize any further charges. Despite my explicit cancellation request, my card was subsequently charged five additional times. I have gone into the gym and spoken with the manager, Wendy, in person twice regarding this issue. I also contacted corporate, only to be told that because this location is independently owned, they could not assist me and that I would need to work directly with the gym, which is exactly what I have been doing. After repeatedly attempting to resolve this directly with the gym, I ultimately had to place a stop payment through my bank to prevent further unauthorized charges. I then began receiving phone calls and emails from ABC, the company that handles the payments, stating that I had missed a payment and needed to pay my balance before additional fees were incurred. I again addressed the situation with the manager, who assured me that the owner, Jerome, would contact ABC and have my account corrected. Instead, today I received an email stating that my membership would be canceled if I paid the amount that had been denied by my bank. At this point, I simply wanted to get this matter resolved. I signed on to pay the balance, only to discover that there was also a $29 past-due late fee on my account, despite the fact that this entire balance exists because the gym continued attempting to charge me after I had already requested cancellation. No customer should have to repeatedly request cancellation, have their card charged for months after requesting cancellation, and then be threatened with additional fees and collections for refusing to pay charges they never authorized. I also reviewed the gym's reviews on Google, Facebook, and Yelp and found 19 reviews from customers describing very similar experiences with membership cancellations and continued billing. Several of those customers stated that their accounts were ultimately sent to collections. I absolutely refuse to have this situation result in damage to my credit over a balance that should never have existed. Therefore, against my better judgment, I paid the invoice simply to prevent the account from being sent to collections. Before submitting the payment, I specifically made sure not to select the box stating, "I authorize this payment method to be stored for future payments." I submitted the payment, and immediately afterward, the payment confirmation displayed the payment method as a stored payment method anyway. This morning, I saw that my final payment had gone through. Per the manager, my account was supposed to be canceled after that payment. So imagine my surprise when I logged in this morning, expecting my account to finally show as CANCELED, only to find that I have ANOTHER BALANCE on my account!!! When I call ABC solutions they tell me I have no balance and owe nothing, yet I am still getting phone calls saying my account is past due, and still racking up past due charges! At this point, I am absolutely FUMING. I have repeatedly communicated that I wanted my membership canceled, spoken with the manager in person multiple times, and have already been charged SEVEN times after my original cancellation request. I was told this would finally be resolved, yet here we are AGAIN. I would like to note that I have all phone calls from ABC stating that I have no balance, recorded, and text messages from the manager stating she would issue me a refund. How many times does a customer have to request cancellation before it is actually canceled? This has gone far beyond a simple billing mistake. It is incredibly frustrating, unacceptable, and completely exhausting to have to continue fighting charges on an account I have repeatedly asked to close. I expect my account to be immediately canceled, the new balance removed, and confirmation provided in writing that no further charges will be made.
