Jack, the owner, is especially helpful, friendly, and laid back, he is there to help and answer any questions, but never pressures you into purchasing anything. On one occasion I took to him a thin gold chain that had gotten tangled very badly, he worked on it (I think for a few hours!) and managed to get it untangled- he didn't charge me a thing for the service!
