According to him, 99.99999% of women wear their rings the way he soldered mine. He wished that I had told him how I wanted them soldered. Positioning of the rings was never discussed. It seems to me that Frank should have brought this matter up rather than assuming. Customer service is clearly not in Frank's wheelhouse. When I bought the ring from JR Robinson - prongs were smooth. All of the other times, I have had the ring in for service under extended service plan - ring was returned with smooth prongs. Three visits this year - jagged prongs every time. Last visit, I was supposed to receive a call when service was complete. After three weeks, I called. Of course, the ring was there - no explanation or apology that no call was made to pick up ring. And guess what, prongs are still sharp. I have never been disappointed! I am especially grateful that they are so honest and trustworthy. I recently brought a ring that needed to have the diamonds tightened. The jeweler told me there were two ways of doing so and explained what was involved. One way would only cost $50. The other would cost $100+ more (due to the addition of gold). I agreed to pay the higher price. When I received my piece, I was thrilled to learn that there was no need to reinforce/add the gold after all. I was only charged $50 and my ring turned out beautifully. In regard to the negative review from another customer below, I'd like to say that Cunningham's takes a photo of your jewelry whether it is to replace a watch battery for $12 or fix a thousand dollar piece. This photo is shared on both their paperwork and yours. Therefore, there is no question that the item you brought to fix is the same one returned to you. Thank you Cunningham Jewelry.
