When I did not hear anything from my sister a contacted a 2nd sister who was helping, she said no flowers arrived, I emailed shop who responded first thing (7am) saying when she gets to shop she would call me. The tried to deliver twice and when no answer second time they left on porch. Manager personally went to deliver a replacement and called me back saying that there was no response. I described house and location and she went back on her way home. She found the original delivery and brought both to my sister who now has 2 beautiful bouquets.
