He finally returned my call days later and explained that he had been busy. My rings were finally done after more than 2 weeks. When I expressed dissatisfaction, he proceeded to berate me. According to him, 99.99999% of women wear their rings the way he soldered mine. He wished that I had told him how I wanted them soldered. Positioning of the rings was never discussed. It seems to me that Frank should have brought this matter up rather than assuming. Customer service is clearly not in Frank's wheelhouse.
