You can read, write, work on your own crafting projects or simply watch the musicians. There are tables and chairs by the big windows where you can spread out, and comfortable seats facing the musicians. There were delicious scones (sweet or savory), fresh coffee drinks and a self-service tea station. You can drop in at any time, and payment is all on the honor/donation system, with no concrete pricing posted. It's a surreal space where you can really relax and get creative! He was cooking and taking orders and delivering food to tables. All I heard is that fries are made from potatoes in house. They were also out of onion rings for the same reason so we ordered two orders of tots and three dogs Chicago dogs that is it wasn't cheap food but it sure was delicious. We even treated to a order of fries on the house since he got some more prepared like I was super friendly. In fact, we ran into him the next day at another establishment and he remembered us.
