He then identified several openings where animals or birds were getting into my attic and gave me an estimate to plug them, which I agreed to. He did plug the openings and also sprayed repellant around those areas. I have not heard activity in the attic since so it looks like it worked. Very pleased. I would gladly hire him again should any suitable job show up.

Joshua was responsive and gave us an estimate right away, which was better than others businesses. He stopped by the next day. We told him we swapped out the entire guts of the tank. He didn't replace anything and made some adjustments with the existing guts in the tank. It was still leaking out of the flapper a while afterwards. I texted him to see when he would becoming back, since he had told my husband when he was called after the leak continued that he would come back the next day. He replied back that he would be back on Thursday or Friday. Josh stopped by afternoon on Thursday. He replaced all of the guts and stayed to make sure there was no further leaking before cleaning up and leaving. It's all working after the second visit. Josh is professional and gets the job done.
