After the appointment, I expressed my concerns and the staff didn't seemed surprised. The next day I was told the cost of the cleaning would be credited to my next visit. When I later decided not to return to the practice due to their inability to give pertinent information and offer timely services, I requested the refund that had been offered and the office refused to issue it. Communicating with the practice to resolve the matter was consistently difficult. They will also tell you that you need to pay them $150 to be evaluated before they can refer you to a specialist. First, you can refer yourself to a specialist and second, this office caused the pain that I needed to be referred for, so that was completely unreasonable. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this practice. In fact, don't walk, RUN from this office!

We later went to a specialist in Tacoma for an implant evaluation, only to discover the entire extraction site was severely infected. The Tacoma specialist had to perform a deep cleaning, and we were informed the probability of a successful implant is now very low due to how this was handled. Communication from the Sequim office has been terrible. I called twice and was promised a callback, which never happened. After sending a strong email, the dentist finally called, claimed everything was done properly, pointed out that there was actually another tooth that was infected and promised a follow-up email. That email never arrived. In the end, we deeply regret our decision to trust this office with his care. After thinking about this situation I realized that the dentist didn't offer refund.
