My husband went here with a severe toothache. The tooth was extracted, and the dentist performed a…read morebone graft for a future implant. No antibiotics were prescribed because the dentist claimed there was no significant infection. We later went to a specialist in Tacoma for an implant evaluation, only to discover the entire extraction site was severely infected. The Tacoma specialist had to perform a deep cleaning, and we were informed the probability of a successful implant is now very low due to how this was handled. Communication from the Sequim office has been terrible. I called twice and was promised a callback, which never happened. After sending a strong email, the dentist finally called, claimed everything was done properly, pointed out that there was actually another tooth that was infected and promised a follow-up email. That email never arrived. In the end, we deeply regret our decision to trust this office with his care. After thinking about this situation I realized that the dentist didn't offer refund. Will actually follow up with insurance about this.

Since several dentists had previously told me it couldn't be fixed, I assumed he meant someday--with an expensive procedure or implant. I certainly didn't think he meant that day! Imagine my surprise when he finished filling all three cavities and handed me a mirror. The fissure was gone! I was in tears. It was all I could do not to hug them both! Another case of Port Angeles professionalism........NOT!!!!…read more Got a certified letter today, which incidentally had been returned to the post office and sent out again .... From my Dentist Laurel Dental Clinic ...... remember this name if you're in Port Angeles and forgo any appointments there. The letter said they were terminating my visitation rights "due to my repeated refusal of recommended treatment" including a referral for a periodontal dentist. Actually, what happened is I didn't take their referral for a periodontal dentist assuming I could make my own decision. Be careful big brother is watching out. I didn't decline essential treatment as it says in the letter. I declined their referral. I've been going to this clinic for nine years. .... Paying cash and have never had a problem. This is the most obscene letter I have ever received, and I am warning those of you in Port Angeles who use the clinic to terminate your visitation. No wonder this clinic keeps changing Dentists. I bet the pay schedule there is nominal because they keep refusing patients. At this point I drop dead before I would return!!!!!!! Laurel Dental Clinic needs new management!!!!!!

It was the first time I've ever had an appointment with her, and I liked her very much. I am a bit of a wuss when it comes to things being shoved in my mouth, but she was very patient and helped me get past it. I highly recommend Laurel Dental clinic.
