They have phenomenal visuals to help describe the treatment plan. It really helps put the kids mind at ease knowing what to expect. Additionally, patients are given an assortment of tools to help them be successful with their home care. It is hard enough for children to keep their teeth clean without braces but the staff took an adequate amount of time to explain how to be proactive with their home care additionally explaining the consequences of poor oral health with braces. At one of our visits I watched Dr. Tomassetti interact with a fearful child (not my own). I couldn't help but laugh at her reaction when she realized the procedure was done.
