We contacted April Van Patten about options to finance home improvements to our home. Since we did not have a significant amount of equity we were turned down by our current lender. We had purchased our home through April and her team and should have contacted them first, but we assumed our current lender would be the easiest and best option. April and her team were able to obtain financing for us allowing us to remodel our Kitchen and Bathrooms as well as put in new landscaping. The program she used did not have strict equity limits so we were able to do with her what our lender said could not be done.
