I received ONE phone call stating a return I was recovering and I asked to fight it and ask for more due to the long term damage of my accident and they came up with excuses and denied my request stating that there wouldn't be any point and that I should take what I'm offered. After that I received another call stating to come receive my payment in which 75% of this payment was given to the firm for "fees". I'd be rather careful as well because I was given this firm by an individual who works for a local towing company. I'd highly recommend taking your case somewhere else for a firm that WILL fight for you. And not try to discourage your claims of a rebuttal to an offer that you think is not worth your time or effort.
