I was a little uneasy not looking through the book to look at designs to get an idea of what I would like them to do, but the arrangement they came up with was magnificent. When I walked up there was a receipt stuck in flowers, I asked if that was the receipt as I needed a picture of it for the door dash pick up, she became aggressive and said that was hers and no way. I explained it was required to as part of the pickup. She said take a picture of flowers i showed her the app required the receipt picture. She was so rude and so hostile. What is she hiding on the receipt she was so worried about? My guess is she is charging the customer a ridiculous amount and paying door dash very little to deliver her flowers. I was very nice and tried to explain the picture doesnt go in my phone, it goes to doordash. As I was walking out she was cussing and carrying on. I let the customer and door dash know. I reported it to doordash
