I just happened to look up Dominican Republic, which is our destination, day before flight and learned that you have to submit an application for an e-ticket to get into the country. Must be done in advance and country approval for travelers. Called the travel agent and she was clueless. Had I not happen to come across this, we would have been in trouble. Travel agent also got us zero perks with hotel. What's the point? Travel agent did absolutely nothing for us.

We went to Italy and April planned everything we wanted to do for us and even put it all together in a binder with our itinerary including hotel and transportation vouchers - all within the budget we gave her (somehow). She included instructions and helpful tips for every part of our journey and picked the best days to do each activity. We had some trouble on the return home when our connecting flight was cancelled due to an airline strike. We went to the airline's customer service desk as we were already at the gate when the cancellation happened. There were at least 30 people in front of us and, in a few short minutes, dozens more behind us and we were going nowhere. We decided to call April and ask if she could help. I'm so happy we did. We were able to get out of that line and go grab a bite to eat while April solved all of our problems, arranging a new flight and a hotel. As if that wasn't enough, April constantly followed up with us to make sure we were getting everything we needed and that we returned home safely. Then she helped us get reimbursed for all of the additional expenses due to the flight cancellation. I could tell you about all of the small things April did like inform our hotels we were honeymooning so they comped us champagne or update us with changes to tour schedules so we didn't miss anything, but it is the constant attention she placed on our needs during our trip to make sure that everything was perfect that really made the difference. Both vacations we booked through April were perfect and I couldn't imaging trying to do it without her. Thank you, April, for making sure our honeymoon was special.

Having basically no travel experience leaving the country and being a physically disabled brain injury survivor, this could have been a very stressful situation for me. Traveling out of the country involves so many different components pertaining to booking flights, hotels, and extreme pressured situations. Without Linda's service, I would have bowed out lol. My trip was 4 nights stay at the S Hotel in Montego Bay, Jamaica! Linda was top notch, making sure all the arrangements I needed were in order pertaining to my accommodation. The Wheelchair Assistance and pre boarding service were amazing!! They took care of everything for me. All I did was hand the needed documents to my helper, and they gave it to ticket takers, bag handlers, etc.! A few weeks before my trip, Linda informed me that the hotel gave away my Interior Non-Ocean View Mini King Room!!! Linda quickly corrected the error and got me UPGRADED to COMPLIMENTARY Ocean front view room!! On top of that, I was moved next door to my travel companions!! Linda contacted the American Airlines to set me and my plus one with special service. She also booked us into the Club Mobay (just a blessing)!!! Bonita Travels have set the bar very high for any other travel agents for me. Saying that, why fix what's not broken lol. I will gladly use Bonita Travels and my VIP agent Linda, the next time I travel out the country!!

In the beginning as first timers to Disney, we asked so many questions and she continued to refer to this coveted packet of info which would not be given until our trip was closer. She did not listen when we said we would be unavailable to do a lot of planning and researching the month before we arrived due to other obligations. Our questions were simple things that wouldn't have changed month to month. We thought if we paid in full she would help us more and send us the packet. Little did we know that was the opposite....she failed to communicate to not make the final payment to the resort without her and then had attitude when she thought she would not get our commission. We were simply trying to have our questions answered and thought that if we paid, we would get more answers. Wrong. After we paid....her communication came across cold and uninterested and she was certain she wouldn't get her commission. After she realized she would get her money, she didn't give us any warm and fuzzy excited Disney vibes. In fact, the worst part of this whole trip was the stress that she caused in her poor communication and attitude that came across over emails. We hope that she is able to reflect on this situation and grow from it for her future clients who are just excited to go to Disney. We learned more from Facebook groups, YouTube videos and blogs than she sent us. She never gave any tips on how to get dining reservations after the 60 days. I was able to book every single request of ours through trades online. The coveted "packet" didn't have near enough info. Then right before the trip, she asked me to send my login, which I had sent months ago, that was very frustrating. I replied that she already had it and I hadn't changed it. She replied to resend it in order to get information. To me, she came across either unorganized or lazy and that she would withhold information that could be helpful to us. She easily could have looked through our threads. I never replied with my password and she never sent her updated packet before the trip. Overall, we feel that she had a lot of professional growth to work on. We are happy that she was able to make some money from our trip but since she didn't do any work for us....(we booked the hotel, ordered the tickets, linked the tickets, linked the magic bands, booked our transportation, made our park reservations, ordered our groceries, reserved our stroller, booked all of our dining)...we hope that she uses that compensation to spend time researching other resources she can give her clients and revamping the packet..... In the end, she was not the right fit for us and we won't be recommending Marvelous Mouse. We were very proactive and researched a lot and filled in her gaps when she dropped us after she thought she wouldn't be compensated. We were able to have the most incredible trip and have fallen in love with Disney. We hope that Marv Mouse continues to grow and develop, focusing on listening skills and warm communication.

We would explore the coast from this beautiful spot in Positano, each day setting out for adventure in a lovely Mercedes van. We were mostly in places where we saw few Americans, we ate at wonderful restaurants, and had an absolute blast. We had a wonderful blend of active and down time, we learned and saw so much, and laughed every day ! Amazing! The next trip was Florence, Cinque Terra, and Tuscany, amazing as well. The hotels and villa we stayed in were top notch, our journey director amazing, another perfect trip. This was a more active trip, but we enjoyed every second, we felt like we saw a very real side of Italy, not just tourist spots. The Time we spent on each spot was magical. The charming town of Lucca and the Villa in Tuscany were top of our list. We are not organized tour people, but the small group, perfectly curated Nada's trips are beyond.
