We had so much fun on their jet skis! We swam, lounged, raced and had the most amazing time.

What a great day! This tour exceeded my expectations! The boat ride was such a thrill! Had some moments that reminded me of river rafting in the sense of fun and adventure ,not at all slow and boring. (But responsible) The tour guide was a young man named Graydon. He was very professional, super friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend taking a tour with him ( and he picked great tunes!) I told my daughter in law and son about our trip today and they booked one for them before we left Granville Island. If you're thinking about a tour, pick this company, just do it! I shouldn't have waited so long, I had a great day! We saw Sea to Sky Gondola, Shannon Falls, Lighthouse Park, seals, Black Tusk and Panorama Ridge, Bowen Island and had ice cream.

My husband and I had a great time kayaking with VWA! I really appreciated that they didn't cancel even though there were only two of us. Our guides Ryan and Christie (sp?) were engaging, informative, and fun. It was the perfect way to start our Vancouver vacation. Thank you thank you!!

I was in Vancouver for a quick trip & found myself with an afternoon free. I headed to Granville Island. I went in the ship to see if they had any available tours. There was one seat left on the city & seal tour. Our torrid was Paul & he was informative & fun. I'd highly recommend. They give you a full top to bottom boat suit so there no worries about being cold or etc. The boat is small. Just maybe 4 rows of three people across but it really moves across the water. The tour is a great value for the price. Highly recommend. I'd definitely go again.

Our guide Ray was on point! Gave us a smooth and steady boat ride and filled us with tidbits of history of the different areas. We saw a bald eagle and a sea lion along the way too! 3 hours seems to flew by. Got some amazing pictures. Definitely would recommend to everyone to do this tour.

Tried this with my bro for the first time. Water skidoo's! It was so much fun and definitely worth it. Highly recommend if you're looking for a little fun and adventure on the open seas. We did the 3 hour tour and the weather was phenomenal. Lot of smooth water made for easy riding. Ask for Simon to be your guide. He's the best. Taught us how to do donuts. The skidoo's were all first rate and had good compartments for shoes and water and cel phones. Learned a lot and saw Vancouver from a beautiful new perspective. Perfect for summer. Do it!!!

Very bad business practice…read more We booked a 3pm tour. It was the last day that we are in Vancouver, we would be flying home that night. At 1:45pm, after we have planned our whole day around the excursion and checked out of the hotel in preparation of this tour, Sea Vancouver office called and said they are cancelling my tour because they "need a minimum of 4 people and only 3 people booked". I explained that we are leaving the city that day, and we planned our whole day around this, and if there is anything they can do. It is unreasonable to only notify me 75 minutes prior to departure time - we were already on the way to the departure point! The only thing they said was that they will refund me in full (I'd better hope so since you cancelled it with incredibly short notice!) I understand that it may not be economical to operate a tour based on fixed cost, but this was NOT written anywhere when I booked it on the official website, but they were happy to take my money when I booked. The confirmation email stated "We reserve the right to delay or cancel a departure for events beyond our control (e.g. adverse weather conditions, technical or mechanical issues, etc.)" -- well, operating a boat when there are "only" 3 paying customers is definitely in their control, they just choose to screw over their customers. This has put a really sour taste on my trip to Vancouver. I would encourage everybody to stay away.

This was our first time in Vancouver, and whats not a better way to experience it than by taking a boat tour! We honestly planned this boat tour super last minute, so we called a few places, but they were all closed. Fortunately, Sea Vancouver still had tours going out until 7pm which was the last one! The lobby is located in the Westin hotel and the ride is 90 minutes long, which takes you all around the harbor of Vancouver to the English Bay! There was so much to see at the waterfront and we even saw a few dolphins along the ride! We were hoping for orcas too but maybe next time haha. Overall the boat tour was absolutely amazing! Terry our captain, made the experience super educational a fun! Love that guy! Thanks Cap! And thank you Sea Vancouver!

Unreliable. Sail at your own risk!…read more Harbour Cruises of Vancouver completely failed to deliver on the promise of their Indian Arm cruise. They claimed smoke in the engine room and limped back to port before we even turned into the Arm. Other reviews have reported unexplained itinerary changes that eliminated the main part of the trip. One has to wonder if they don't go up the Arm simply to save money when it's not fully booked or if their boats are that unreliable. While I understand mechanical issues, their compensation policy was completely inadequate. They offered a free drink on board and a coupon for 15% off a future cruise. Anyone booking on the internet can get a 20% discount off any cruise! After much back and forth they finally offered a 20% refund. The final price after this discount was approximately double the price of a narrated harbor tour. We received an un-narrated tour of the container port instead of a tour of the natural environment, which is what we were promised. We feel cheated by Harbour Cruises of Vancouver. Sail at your own risk!

It's pretty hard to tell which direction the ferry is going next though unless you're very familiar with the routes, so make sure you ask the driver just in case. I find that the ones I've interacted with all ask you where you're going before letting you on, so at least I haven't taken the wrong boat yet. They have a zone system for ticketing and at first it was a bit confusing for which zone ticket was needed to go where. But they have nice maps at each stop so it wasn't too hard to decipher after awhile. The boat drivers were also pretty nice and were happy to answer questions about tickets. I took the boats during the Big Picnic event at David Lam park. There were other people on the boat but it was not crowded at all. Boats also came all the time and so we didn't have to wait much before ours came. The boat doors were left open when I rode the boats and so it was really nice to be able to take pictures and videos without obstruction from the windows or clear screens. The creek is relatively calm most of the time and the rides are short, so most people probably won't get sea sick.

I paid $1,000 deposit for gas, I was asked to e-transfer to Juan He. I spent a total of $120 gas on the yacht. Juan He is not returning my calls, and is not returning my $880. I had a horrible experience with Juan He. My car broke down the day I organized to pay cash deposit to Juan He, after that she was very rude and frustrated with me. I let her know that my car broke down, and my boyfriend was having second thoughts about the yacht due to Covid-19 and I would let her know as soon as I did about the yacht booking. I called back about 4 days later to book the yacht, she was still rude and stated that I had to pay full price of $3,808 in order to book the yacht. I e-transferred $1,904, and she threatened to cancel the booking and return my money. I asked if I could pay $1,904 deposit and pay the rest on the day of, and she angrily agreed. On July 19, she demanded a $1,904 e-transfer, or the yacht would not leave the Richmond dock to pick us up in False Creek. She also demanded a $1,000 e-transfer to pre-pay for gas. I paid, as she said she would cancel the charter if I did not. We reached False Creek, we were late for the charter understanding it would be going into our own time. We got on the boat and one bathroom did not work. We were promised 2 bathrooms. The other bathroom stopped working within an hour into the charter. We had no bathroom to use for the rest of the charter. Also, while on the yacht, the captain's driving was extremely unsafe. He did not seem qualified at all. My boyfriend has owned several boats/yachts before and was helping him the entire time, and was not able to enjoy his birthday as he was worried for our safety. The captain was not able to dock properly, and the yacht was rocking the whole entire time. Many passengers were thrown across the yacht and have bruises. The captain was also extremely rude and was yelling at the passengers of the party. He screamed "NO" when one passenger tried to take food from the top floor to the bottom floor. He stated all food must stay on the top floor, even though the food was flying everywhere. Also, he forbid us to take off the windows of the top floor of the boat, he claimed "they are hard to put back on." We were sitting on the top, and it was muggy and crowded, we said we would help put them back on and took them off ourselves. I understand that I did not show for the first payment, but that is no reason to mistreat your customer for the entirety of their booking and also steal their money.
