My clueless expression must have shown on my face because the gal at the front desk ask if I needed help. (I later learned her name is Lily) she lead me to the plumbing section and spent some time looking through the rows and rows of straight stops and angle stops hoping to find the right fit. After 5-10 mins she got another staff's (Gabriel) attention asking to help. So together after several minutes and few trips back and forth along the plumbing aisle, they patiently figured out the difference in size fitting between a copper & iron pipe. In the end, Gabriel found the angle stop that fitted the water filter to my bidet. Shout out to Lily and Gabriel for their dedication to assist customers in need. The management should be proud of these two team members.

They took apart what we had done and redid it in a totally professional way. They were cheerful, quick, and attentive to every detail, such as inserting cardboard to protect every contact point of the strapping. When we offered to pay them, they refused and instead offered hugs. Driving home, the load never shifted at all. It's people like this who restore my faith in humanity.
