Under the "care" of Roscoe last year, I came dangerously close to losing my life. The terrible experience began as many do, with promises being made of "individualized" care and a program that would be unique to my situation. Roscoe is in fact NOT a medical doctor, and never was there ever a medical doctor included in my care. I have sequestered my "medical records" and there never was a doctor ever involved, there were also NO notes from Roscoe. It was all a farce. NONE of the protocols are unique or "cutting edge" and in fact are fairly simple and cheap versions of what other top notch clinics are doing. The hyperbaric chamber he uses is bottom of the barrel as the best are hard chambers, HUGO is a cheapened version of I'm not sure what, there's mold in the Kaqun baths, and I could go on and on. The biggest issue is that when your health IMMEDIATELY takes a turn for the worse (think anaphylactic symptoms and worse) you're told to "push" through, is when all lightbulbs went off and the investigation began. Certificates on the wall that Roscoe declares make him a "specialist" in so many things are fake or tied to the Church of Scientology. Roscoe is not a specialist in anything. The goal of Roscoe is to fleece his potential clients and that is where the lying begins. He'll tell you that he's not the owner, tell others he is, he's a specialist in this and that, yet when questioned or in conversation about a certain health issue, he quite clearly has no idea what he's doing. I caught him in so many lies, but once I started learning about Clearwater and the scientology community that's here, everything fell into place, and it all began to make sense. Thank GOD I stopped treatment when I did because the last year has been rough regaining my life and health that he stole from me, but I am happy to report once all his supplements/IV's/protocol's were completely STOPPED, I experienced immediate reversal of the damage he caused. It has been a long road to full recovery from the damage but a year later, on my own, my health is nearly back to normal and better than ever! Do yourself a favor, steer clear of Clearwater, Florida and do not give Roscoe a second of your life because he will take a lifetime and along with it, as others have reported, your bank account.

My appointment lasted literally 90 seconds. I paid for 15 units of Botox, I got 30 units of Botox. I think I spent a little under $200. Unfortunately, I don't believe for a second that I was treated with Botox because my forehead looks exactly the same as prior to my appointment. The aesthetician who injected my forehead did not take time nor did she tell me exactly what she was doing other than that she was going to treat my forehead area. I was not able to examine the vials of Botox medication nor was I able to look in the mirror after my treatment. It's been four weeks, I keep waiting for something to happen. I'm pretty sure that I was treated with a simple two dollars worth of saline solution. I'm really disappointed and I'm not thrilled about the fact that I spent money for no results. Was it a bad batch? Who knows. Maybe I should have looked for a place that was not offering a special deal on Botox? Will probably never know. I came to her with rheumatoid arthritis, and in my opinion, she gave me the impression that she could heal or "cure" my rheumatoid arthritis. That was one of the main reasons I trusted her and continued spending money. Looking back, I feel that I was led on a wild goose chase with expensive testing, supplements, and explanations that did not ultimately make sense or lead to the results I believed were being promised. My son was also seen by her, and our family paid a substantial amount of money for appointments, testing, and supplements. We followed her protocol exactly as instructed, but neither of us was feeling better. My son and I both asked questions throughout the process, but the more questions we asked, the more confused we felt when we left. Instead of receiving clear answers, we often felt talked in circles, dismissed, or made to feel as if we simply were not understanding. When pressed for specific explanations, it appeared to me that she did not have clear answers. Rather than explaining the reasoning in a way that made sense, she often seemed to fall back on repeating that she had been in business for 25 years and had helped many people. However, based on the reviews I have seen, I personally cannot verify that claim. Ultimately, after many claims that she could help us, she dismissed my son from her practice. In my opinion, this happened because we were challenging her explanations and asking too many questions. That was extremely upsetting, especially after the amount of money we had already spent and the trust we had placed in her. I later became very concerned about the supplement pricing and the way products were presented to us. In some cases, it appeared that supplements were being marked up from retail pricing, not simply offered as a convenience. I believe clients should ask very direct questions about pricing, whether products are required, whether there are less expensive options, and what evidence supports each recommendation. The most troubling part of this experience is that after we paid for expensive testing, my son and I have repeatedly requested our patient records and test results by email, text, and phone, and we still have not received them. In my opinion, this is unacceptable. Patients should not have to chase a provider for their own records, especially after paying significant money for testing and care. At first, the relationship made me feel very seen and important. Over time, I felt that this was part of what drew me in and kept me trusting the process. When I started asking questions, I often felt gaslighted or made to feel as if I was incapable of understanding the explanations, when in reality the explanations did not make sense to me. Looking back, I also think people should question why appointments may appear so easy to get. In my experience, availability was used to create a sense of access and importance, but over time I felt like the focus became more about continued spending than clear, evidence-based care. It is also important for people to know that she has subsequently changed her business name. Anyone interested in seeing other reviews should look up her prior business name, **Medical Nutrition Center**, and read the Google and Yelp reviews as well. I left this experience feeling taken advantage of financially and emotionally. Based on my personal experience, I would urge anyone considering this practice to be extremely careful. Get everything in writing. Ask for copies of all records and testing immediately. Ask for clear pricing before agreeing to anything. Ask whether supplements are being marked up. And most importantly, consider getting a second opinion from a licensed medical professional before spending large amounts of money on testing or supplements.
