I have had the opportunity to use her for 2 very different issues. I had a hyperstrained muscle in my back which radiated through my chest and it felt like a heart problem. Even a trip to the emergency room yielded no positive results. In my appointment with Dr Cruz, she located the source of the pain, and gave me an injection into the problem muscle. It immediately relaxed and the entirety of the pain and discomfort were gone within 10 minutes total. A miracle in my mind. My second issue was 2 years later as I was experiencing pain with what is normally associated with sciatica caused by lower back issues. After 2 1/2 months of therapy from a chiropractor in which things were only getting worse, I made an appointment with Dr Cruz. She located the source of the pain. She developed a non-surgical treatment plan which involved a non-invasive radio frequency procedure. One treatment and I felt all pain disappear. Another miracle in my opinion. His "treatment plan" felt rushed, based on snap judgment, and ignored key findings; his ego seemingly given more weight than thorough clinical review. I came in the room confident and ready to get things fixed. As soon as he came in the room, he flustered me. I was shocked by the way he was acting. He said there was nothing wrong with me, and I should be exercising. The list of backhanded comments he gave me was plentiful. When I told him I physically could not without pain, he said "I don't care." Such a salty old man. He then forgot to discharge me, and I was stuck in the room he humiliated me in for 30 mins. Such a horrible experience. This isn't a post made out of anger for my results, he simply is the worst doctor I've ever been to, and he is the only one on that list!
