I was disappointed in the Vanessa coffee shop at saint cloud Fl I'm was a regular customer before the Covit 19, but after is opened again I went in June to find the 2 workers without no mask on, the place was packed people with no one wearing mask and not keeping safe distance. The tables were too close. To top it off, the capaccino I ordered took 15 minutes and it was lousy. Needless to say I will not be returning for a long time to this cafe. read more

Love the food and coffee here. Early morning is the best time to be here. They're a little slow when it gets busy, which is the only downside, but they're so great otherwise! I was driving looking for a coffee place in Central Florida... It was one of those days rainy and humid, I was hot but still want to get some great coffee. We decide to drive from Orlando to St Cloud to Vanessa's Coffee Shop. We drove close to 45 min and I was like this better be worth it. Ambience was super nice. Customers when they arrive were looking for peace and great coffee. I order an Almond Latte and a Mayorca with Swiss cheese and a white chocolate latte.. while we were waiting had a chance to look a the decoration of the restaurant and they were so beautiful. Love it. I travel all over US and try coffee everywhere and if you like almond and love latte I invite you to try it.. it was great.! The presentation and the taste was out of ST Cloud.. I will never imagine that I will found a place like this in this small city. Service was great. When we got in was only two costumers in the restaurant in about five minutes was packed.. Everything was super.. Definitely recommend... I will make the trip again to Vanessa's .. By the way I took another cup to enjoy in the way back home... Cheers.. ! read more

Very cute Christian coffee shop. I absolutely loved the ambiance, the staff was friendly too. I stopped in for some coffee with my parents and friends we had coffees and lattes and a few pastries. In which all of them where very good. The only think I would suggest is more icing for cinnamon roll, I received one with literally a 1 teaspoon of icing and had to swap it out. They didn't have any extra icing, so I am not sure if pastries are purchased or prepared their. However, my only suggestion would be getting china mugs that can hold over 12 oz and have some icing just in case for the cinnamon rolls. read more

Both employees that were working were less than friendly, but not quite rude. Given the looks the were shooting my nephew I think they didn't like that I had brought a baby with me. Add injury to insult, the food was bland and mediocre. My bagel wasn't toasted, my panini was toasted on flavorless white bread, no butter or seasoning involved with either. And the egg on both was rubbery and a little burned. Together it made for dry tasteless sandwiches. It's better than McDonalds, and with less a chance of food poisoning, but that's the best I can say of it. read more

We went to this coffee shop for breakfast today and I must say it's super cute inside and the staff was nice. I give the food 5/5 for presentation and 0/5 for taste. We had the vanessa's supreme omelette, bacon egg and cheese on a croissant, and pancakes. The only thing "ok" (pretty similar to the one at Dunkin' Donuts) was the croissant. The pancakes were the worst We have ever tried and the omelette also. We had 2 frozen drinks and those were good but expect Starbucks prices but like I said the drinks were actually good so the price was fine. Way too expensive!!! I ordered avocado toast and a coffee for $14.00!!!! First Watch much better price. The avocado was that dip from Walmart, two pieces of bread, covered by Arugula and cherries tomatoes. Then two shots of expresso and milk on the side. My daughter paid $15 for coffee, and French toast(3,stacked) with fresh fruits and whipped cream- so $1 more than me and it does not compared at all....! read more

Cappuccino was really good. It was unlike the commercial coffee chains. The atmosphere was very calm and friendly. They pastries looked good. There were lounge chairs available, so that you can sip your coffee and relax. read more

The food is very good but a few things we have noticed in the three times we've visited them. We asked the young adults making the coffee what was the difference between an ice coffee and an ice latte. Not one person could tell me and they kept arguing, yes getting defensive, that they were BOTH the same thing...yet they are listed on the menu with two different prices and they are NOT the same thing. Perhaps these kids need to be better trained in their menu selection. When ordering, I asked for bacon on the omelette and whipped cream on the coffee. It was an up charge, which I'm OK with it and it wasn't a lot but again, these kids should be better trained to let the customers know it will be an up charge and to make sure it is still OK. We asked for the majorca sandwich to be toasted and it wasn't. Our hot coffees were served in paper cups even though our order was not to go. Lastly, when leaving we didn't know where we put our plates on, so we asked the young kids again. One of the girls said, 'in the future you put them in that cart, rudely.' Mind you the cart is behind the pastries. Perhaps it should be out more in the open so people know where to discard their plates at. Not one adult was noticed to be there. If management does not train these kids in their customer service skills and menu selection this place will soon be vanished. read more
