There should be an option to give 0 stars as a review. I purchased carpet for 2 bedrooms, which I believe was kept in an unsanitary storage situation. The more it was vacuumed and cleaned only brought more dirt to the surface. I complained with the hope that they would make it right, to no avail. The company replied to my first review with statements that were grossly fabricated. Needless to say, I recently had to replace the junk they sold me for quality carpet. Please, don't waste your hard-earned money at Riverchase Carpet and Flooring!

In 50+ years of homeownership I have never encountered a worse company than BDry. We paid them over…read moreten thousand dollars to encapsulate our crawlspace and $200 per year for three years to inspect it to be sure it was still in good waterproofed condition. Because I'm not able to crawl under the house to check their work, it was not until we had a leak in the kitchen and a water remediation company was called that I learned the truth. They took pictures of gaping holes in the plastic encapsulation with whole sections of wall that had no plastic. The plastic was just laid up next to the concrete block so that any moisture from the dirt below just traveled up the wall back into the crawlspace. BDry had cut a hole in the plastic encapsulation and dumped the water from the dehumidifier under the plastic onto the dirt below instead of putting in the sump pump we paid for. Probably because the sump pump was buried only 2 inches in the ground instead of being flush with the dirt. I doubt it worked at all. I could go on for pages but, hopefully, you get the idea. I have never felt so scammed by a company. We gave BDry a chance to fix the problems but they only added a few extra pieces of plastic and still left the dehumidifier dumping water into a hole they cut in the plastic. They did replace the broken dehumidifier because it was guaranteed. But because damp air kept recirculating round and round under the house I suppose it would've broken again pretty quickly. We only asked BDry for a refund of $600 for three years of yearly service to inspect for problems. To date they have not paid us. We had to hire another company to completely rework our crawl space. If someone had taken the time to write about their negative experience with BDry I never would've hired them and saved myself A LOT of money and heartache. Don't just walk away from BDry-RUN!!!

I hired All Pro Renovations to do some repairs from a fire…read more The owner of the company, Ken, started out on a good note with me but over time that changed. I should have known how the project was going to go from the very beginning. The first day of work, the subcontractors showed up, who were great I might add, and they were removing the dry wall from inside the house and I heard Frank on the phone with Ken telling him he needed the sheet rock so they could get done. It took Ken hours to bring it because he was going getting other things so they were just sitting waiting on him. As the project moved on this is how things went. Ken would not bring material for them to work. He was piece milling the material instead of bringing everything at once. About the 2nd - 3rd week Frank informed me they were leaving early because they were out of material and had nothing to do. I didn't get involved but this continued. About a month later I was sitting in the house about 1:30 and saw The subcontractors talking in front of the house and I New they should have been in the back working. I didn't think nothing of it but about 3PM I looked outside and they were gone. I called Frank and asked him why they left and he said they quit. They were not going to work for Ken anymore due to the way he was talking to him when he asked for material. I called Ken and told him to make it right with them because I didn't want anyone else working on my house. I asked Ken to go purchase all of the material and put what he needed in my garage and the rest out side. He still did not do that. He still purchased a little at a time. The last straw was when the subcontractors were doing the roof, I had to go change the shingles because the ones Ken purchased was wrong. He was not talking to Frank at this point so he didn't know what they needed and was buying the wrong stuff. I had to go swap the shingles myself to keep them working. I gave Ken one last shot and said get EVERYTHING that day for the next day. When he still didn't do it and I had to go to Lowe's and get the wood myself! I fired him. The only thing Ken was responsible for was getting the workers what they needed and he couldn't even do that. He did not do any work on my house himself and was delaying the process for the workers who were. After I fired him I hired Frank and Kevin myself because they did not want to work for him anymore. I started to get the materials myself they needed to complete my house. They are great to work with and easy to get along with. Frank and Kevin did great work and I will hire them again. I will NOT work with Ken Mac at All Pro Renovations again and will NOT refer him to anyone.

It has been 7 weeks and they still have not corrected their error. They are giving our contractor the run around and we are not able to complete our project until they fix their error. Our contractor has hounded them and it is my understanding that we are scheduled for this Wednesday. If that does not happen, I am considering legal action although I am not a litigious person in nature. At this point I don't know what other recourse we have.

The measurement guy that came to the house was professionally and suggested overhangs that would give us some more counter space on the island and bar area. The installers were on time and prompt. They worked quickly and quietly. They even adjust one cabinet that had been installed wrong, when the house was built, so that all the granite would be level throughout the kitchen. She was patient with my questions, and really seemed to care about the work. It felt like a very personalized experience with down-to-earth people. Not sales-y at all. The installers were fantastic. For months, Chad promised to make it right, I even offered to split the cost and nothing has been done months later. The crew didn't clean up nail on the driveway or on the roof. Every rain, we have more roofing nails in the driveway. We have found well over 100 roofing nails in our driveway or on the street in front of our house. I found 4 just this week. Chad promised several times to "send the guys back over with a big magnet" but he has yet to follow through. They left building materials at our house that we were left to clean up. The crew pulled up the edge flaps of our gutter guards when installing the roofing and left them detached. As part of the project, they were repairing sheetrock. The mud work was so bad, I ended up redoing it myself.
