Great blinds and super nice people to work with---especially the installers. But it is difficult to get in touch with the office.

This place is absolutely terrible. We are currently living in one of the 3 bedroom town homes and…read morecannot wait to move out as soon as our lease is up. The staff at the office must be having interoffice competitions to see who can be as rude as possible to tenants. And god help you if you have the misfortune to be younger than the middle-aged manager lady. She heavily resents anyone younger than her, and proceeds to bully and talk down to you until you finally snap and yell back at her. They recently replaced everyone's front door (forcing us to evacuate our building with literally a one-day notice via phone call) and when I went to pick up the keys this was the exact exchange: Me: Hi, I need our new keys for ####. Are they ready? Mgr Lady: They might be. And YOU are? Talk about a rude, rapidly-aging, bitter office manager. Every couple of weeks during the summer, one of our air conditioners will suddenly stop working. They've basically told us that there is no permanent fix for it, so we'll just have to call the maintenance people every time it happens. Eventually, you will have to call the "courtesy officer" on duty. The first time I had to call was because a drunk man was wandering around outside our building, yelling loudly around 10pm one night. The one thing their courtesy officer is good at is not believing a word you say. He sighed multiple times, and asked me if I was sure!? Yes, I'm pretty sure I am not imagining a drunk man yelling outside my front door. He ended up not even coming by, just telling us to let him know if we could still hear they guy an hour later. I'm lucky I have a big dog who likes to bark, because he has scared MULTIPLE creepers away from our back door at night. Good luck getting that kind of response from the management or courtesy officer. If you live here, get a dog. It'll be a much better security system than anything the management here can offer you. I am so excited to be moving anywhere but here. They are the absolute worst apartments I have ever lived in.

The office staff is rude and seem to take all complaints as a joke. The playground is an accident waiting to happen, it is missing bolts, has loose components, and cement showing though the lack of under fill. When I moved in I was told that my son would not be able to bring his dog, a pit bull. They had a policy that ban that type of dog from the apartments, and not even bring the dog to visit. Even though I see multiple people with pit bulls living in the complex. It appears they only enforce the rules when they want. My advice would be find another place. Rollingwood and Benchmark properties seen to be happy with high turn over of residents in stead of steady long term residents.
