He explained everything he was going to be doing in a way that was easy to understand, and his attention to detail really stood out. You can tell he knows pianos inside and out. Pricing was very reasonable, and he even offered to come back in a month for a free touch-up, which we really appreciated. Just a heads up: he doesn't accept credit cards and he's definitely in high demand, so it may take a little patience to get on his schedule. Neither were a big issue for us, but good to know in advance.
