To top it all off, Donna, their uber-rude customer service lady, refused to even consider removing their bogus service charge despite it being for service neither asked for nor provided. When I became more insistent, she hung up on me. When I called back and asked why she hung up on me, she told me that I need to "find Jesus" and hung up on me again! I'm not sure which Jesus SHE believes in, but she sure seemed the polar opposite of the one in the Bible that I grew up reading!
