Heres my experience: I moved here in August and I had called to get a lash appointment with Katya before we even got in the state. She was one of two people in the area who is Extreme Lash certified. I found her on their website. I've had bad lash experiences in the past with people who used cheap product or didn't know what they were doing so I knew I wanted to find someone whose training and experience I could feel good about. Especially when it comes to my eyes. When I arrived she made me feel so appreciated as a client, taking special care to correct my "well traveled" lashes. :) She cleans them too which is something nobody has ever done for me. This is just one of many things she does that show how much she cares about your health and safety during your visit. The salon is lovely, CLEAN, and they always offer coffee, water, and have munchies out too. I have been coming to see her for the past two and a half months and she definitely has a loyal client in me. The whole purpose of the appointment was for me the way she said it was very rude. Made me feel uncomfortable that if I said, yes, she would be upset and I didn't want someone upset doing my hair and if I said no, she was happy to take the boys then in the middle, so she cut all three boys hair she had text messaged me a price I go up to pay the girl at the desk says to me that's two little boys haircuts an adult male men's haircut and a partial highlight. It was all I could do not to say do I look like I got my hair highlighted when we were only there in an hour and a half.. the price was way more then she had text me . She did not wash or dry the boys hair. on top of it, she says to me well we could've done your highlights but I need to finish the other customer firsts seriously I am going to wait an hour while she finished her. I don't have the time and she knew how hard it is for me to come on weekdays. she still had a customer that just had her foils removed and was just washed by "an assistant who still was getting a cut and blowout. I think it was rude. It was disrespectful and she owes me an apology. I will never go there again. She kept offering to reschedule me well again my time is very limited once baseball season starts for the boys. I don't get any time that's why this Saturday was so important February 14.
