The staff is incredibly warm and inviting - we got lost on the way there and they actually drove out to find us and help us get there. They also were willing to stay a few minutes late for us when our plane was late getting back to Greenville. Our dog was incredibly well cared for and we got updates throughout on how he was doing. The facility is beautiful and large and each kennel has an indoor and outdoor space for your furry family member. Admittedly it is a pricier kennel, but honestly for the level of service that they provide it is definitely worth it. We will be visiting again for every flight that we take from Greenville in the future!

I assume you were referring to the young lady that checked you in. She is our newest employee. She is fresh out of grooming school and young. Im sure she was unorganized and confused but she is learning a whole new job and our procedures. She is a shy young lady and is progressing nicely. I'm sorry if her lack of experience was less than acceptable for you. If you would have expressed your concern we would have been more than happy to have a senior staff member check you in. Next I would like to apologize for a groom that you found to be sub par. We would have greatly appreciated your concerns when you picked your dog up and paid. We would have been more than happy to correct and grievances you had about your groom. As far as the groin being shaved to the skin, that is standard in all the grooming facilities that I know. It's a sanitary service. We also shave the anus. We realize that your pet is extremely important to you and the money that you pay for its groom should be worth what you expect. But if you don't point out your concerns then we can't fix them for you. I dont remember the circumstances of that day but you must understand that everyone has their bad days. We would have been more than happy to correct anything that you found unsatisfactory but you didn't come forward. As far as the 'verbal assault' pertains, I think that's a little harsh. It's upsetting to us as a buisness to see a client looking for recommendations and then singling our business out as a 'do not recommend because I've tried them'. That reflects poorly on the buisness that we have worked very hard in to gain our great reputation. 20 years as a small business is remarkable, especially for a grooming shop. Again, if you would have verbally expressed your unsatisfaction then we could have more clearly addressed this situation. Its very easy to misconstrue the inflection in a written message. We rely on the feedback of our clients, both good and bad, in order to better our clients experience and progress as successful business. Im sorry that you weren't happy with your experience but if we are not informed of a concern then we cannot rectify the problem and make your experience better.

He always checks whether she will do ok with other dogs. He would give her a private place if she ever needs to be alone. I don't need to worry about her getting her medicine, either. She sees it all as a vacation. When I pick her up, he always gives a complete report about anything he has noticed about her health or behavior. She gets such personal care.

We recently moved to Florida and miss Gary deeply. He was such an important part of our lives while we were living in Greenville! I found him from a simple Google search and felt that he was our angel while we were in town. He always made time to take care of Blue, even when I reached out last minute. Gary would often send him home with presents, outfits, and other little treats. I never saw my dog as excited as when we were arriving in Gary's driveway! Over the two years we were in Greenville, our dog became more elderly and required significantly more care, including frequent medications. Gary never faltered or complained and took care of Blue like he was his own. He doted over our dog and they truly had the most special relationship. I would trust Gary with any and all of my babies, I wish he would have moved with us! We will always think of Gary and his love for Blue when we remember our time in Greenville.
