Where do I begin. Miss Shantae is very personable, a master at her craft and like me a perfectionist. I was hesitant about getting my brows done because I have the tendency to keloid. Leading up to my appointment, we had the nicest text exchanges, sent some photos so she knew what she'd be working with. When I arrived at her shop, I was warmly greeted and welcomed into the cuteness! Not to mention, we jammed out to amazing 90s R&B (hellllo mr. sweat, joe, jagged edge and xscape). I had to stop myself from bopping so I didn't come out with my own jagged edges. Shantae's energy is magnetic! Only positive vibes flowing from her pores. It was just such a nice and calming experience. I went with the powder ombre brows and her prices are completely reasonable. And for her level of work? It's an amazing deal! She worked tirelessly to find a color that matched my eyebrows which are translucent blonde in some places and dirty blonde in others. What a task but she somehow found that magic formula. We chatted a bit, we chilled a bit and listen, beauty is pain - but this wasn't a very painful experience at all. I left verrrrrryyyyy happy with my results, all smiles. In 6-8 weeks, she'll book you for a touch-up/follow-up just to ensure everything has turned out exactly as you'd like. I decided that she was indeed the Brow person for me. I've had to deal with the fear of keloids from my past but after speaking to Shantae she assured me that the scarring would not be severe to cause keloids.
