Fadi curled my hair (I didn't ask for it to be curled) so I couldn't see how bad the cut was properly till I got home and straightened my hair. He also did not show me the back of the hair so I didn't realize how it looked until I got home and straightened it. I asked for them to fix it and they got Khatool to fix it. She was rude and snotty to me. The bangs look better but again the cut is still uneven and choppy with bad layers. From all the bad reviews I can tell that it's not just me!! Avoid this salon and also avoid L'Attitudes because I had a bad haircut there too and they are owned by the same people. Look at the photos I added yourself and judge whether it looks worth $65 plus tax or whether you'd be asking for your money back. They said the reason it looks like that is because there are layers but I've gotten layers before and they always looked natural and even not like this. They kept saying my hair looks fine and everything not listening to me at all.

She had her assistant wash, dry and straighten my hair then proceeded to do a "dry cut" which is supposed to be the newest thing. She just grabbed chunks of my hair and started hacking away at it!! When we started out, my hair was half way down my back. The length was supposed to barely be touched.... just the bare minimum taken off. By the time she finished, my hair was above my shoulders, and the bangs were very, very short.... kind of like when a young child plays with scissors and decides to cut her own bangs. Before she even started I stressed the importance of leaving as much length as possible because of how difficult it is to grow due to health issues and medications. Apparently this made no difference to her, she did what she could be bothered to do (the cut took less than 5 minutes) and I walked out of there looking like the cartoon character He-man. I had to rush home and shower immediately because I was completely covered with hair clippings! And as a side-note.... they try to portray themselves as some sort of spa, but the unit is very shabby and unkempt.... the "foot spa" is in a tiny cubby where you need to try to climb up to a regular chair, precariously perched atop a riser.

I had a bad experience with bleaching before I went to him and he used gentle products and eased me into the colour I wanted, silver! With him I have been platinum blonde, basically white, and silver. My silver colour held so well and I kept it for years. After my roots had grown out so long during quarantining this year, I decided to embrace my natural stawberry/dirty blonde colour for a while. The colour match Tim did was so accurate I couldn't tell my roots from the dyed hair. Also, Tim is just a great person to be around and to talk to, joke around with, or even have a heart to heart. He's very honest and I think that is a very important quality in someone your trusting you hair with!
