Now I see why this place has terrible reviews. The bangs were bad and the cut was uneven. I got my hair cut by Fadi the first time and Khatool "fixed" it. Fadi curled my hair (I didn't ask for it to be curled) so I couldn't see how bad the cut was properly till I got home and straightened my hair. He also did not show me the back of the hair so I didn't realize how it looked until I got home and straightened it. I asked for them to fix it and they got Khatool to fix it. She was rude and snotty to me. The bangs look better but again the cut is still uneven and choppy with bad layers. From all the bad reviews I can tell that it's not just me!! Avoid this salon and also avoid L'Attitudes because I had a bad haircut there too and they are owned by the same people. Look at the photos I added yourself and judge whether it looks worth $65 plus tax or whether you'd be asking for your money back. They said the reason it looks like that is because there are layers but I've gotten layers before and they always looked natural and even not like this. i went to Natural solutions spa today for a hair cut an color and when i booked the appointment i as told that my stylist was with a jr stylist so it would cost less when i arrived no one told me any different i showed pictures of how i wanted my hair done and the reason for the appointment that i was seeing my partner after four months and he dd what he wanted to my hair i brought in pic with short dark hair and ask for a little peek a boo color his choice instead he gives me a full set of ash highlights gives me no style i could have colored my hair better st home then the lady tells me the bill was 227.95 like wtf i was dumb founded i was crying\g i didn't want to leave the salon it was that bad so she then give s me a discount to 167.0 for a hair cut and highlights that i didn't ask for i could not believe i had to pay for it when you buy a product and its broken you do not pay for it so now i have to trust them again to fix my hair pay for another uber from Niagara on the LAKE spend more time not working i believe i should get a full refund i showed pics and still got this honestly even the receptionist was like i like it which what they are taught in school to say when its bad so you don't complain well i am posting this on fb instagam and where ever else i can its not right and should be fixed and be discounted to the max. not happy :( very disappointed Talhia used to work there and dol wonders now i have to waste another day her and lose money from not working. If I could give less then one star I would. This place is ridiculous. Poor service,incompetent staff and rude management. My niece came in for a colour and they ruined her hair. She has her grade 8 grad coming up and her hair is fried. We spent $200 on this garbage. When we came back to confront the stylist she basically told us to go f*** ourselves. Our money was not refunded so we could take our business elsewhere and get the mess they made fixed. They sent her out of the salon with blue dye still in her hair and soaking wet. They thought it was acceptable to put it up in a bun and call it a day. She wanted purple in her hair as well and got a mess of different colours. Not recommended. read more

My daughter was quoted a price of $300 to have her hair extension removed and hair coloured then when she went to pay they said it was $565 dollars almost twice the price. The lady at cash said the manager said $300 was not enough. My daughter paid the $565 she is a 18 year old Brock Student. I called the salon to speak to the manager about the price quoted compared to bill. The receptionist said the manager does not work on Sunday. Where 20 min earlier she said that was the managers price. This stylust named Jennifer at Natural Solutions in St. Catherine's is a scammer and I believe the receptionist is in on it with her. You do not quote a price then almost double it when you get to pay bill. I am contacting better business bureau and CTV Market Place. read more

Do not buy products here. They are diluted. I tried returning the product and the manager confirmed that it was watered down. I was then told that I watered it down and the best they could do was sell me another bottle at 25 percent off, of course they would keep the bottle I had. Needless to say I did not give them any more money and am in the process of contacting head office. Oh yes they told me head office would tell me that I watered the product down. I thought I would try it out for a cut & colour. D.I.S.A.S.T.E.R. Spent a week hiding in my place to give it time and then had to go another salon where they took one look at the mess and could not believe it. The other salon I went to did such a good job trying to fix the horrible cut & colour that the stylist at Natural Solutions created and I wish I would have gone to them in the first place. I guess I can chalk it up as an expensive learning experience and at least I found a real professional salon now. One that actually knows about hair. read more

The last time I went there was a couple of years ago. I had been to another salon and got really nice peekaboo highlites. When they were growing out I went to natural solutions and asked for them to dye over them with a nice red. All they had to do was trace over a previous colourists work. The girl then asked if I wanted my hair styled so I said fine but she never told me she would charge another $30. She gave me curls so tight that I looked like I was going to prom. The red she chose was awful looking and the whole thing cost me $120 when the first salon only charged me $70 for the exact same thing. The colour then faded in about 3 weeks and looked like nothing had been done. I also got a hair cut there once that was borderline a mullet. read more

I went into the salon at 6:30pm on May 3rd for my scheduled appointment. When i went in they were running late so i waited and 15 minutes later i told the stylist i wanted to touch up my roots. He said that he was going to bleach the top a bit because it was my natural hair that had grown out. We did the entire process and he put color in my hair. I got washed by the lady but when i went to go sit on his chair for a blow dry he said he missed a spot. So he took me back to the colour station and added more colour. At this point he was running late and stressing out. The top of my hair looks orange, while the rest of my hair is dark brown. He told me dont worry after a few washes it will go away. I had to leave the country two days later and my hair is horrible. Everyone who seems he says my colour looks horrible and i look so bad!! THIS IS THE WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER RECIEVED AND WOULD RECOMMEND THAT NO ONE GOES!!! to make it worse there was colour on the side of my face that he didn't even wash off (have proof as well as i took a picture). at this point i want ALL my money back. please if you like your hair do not go to them!!! they do not care at all!!! read more
