Warning - Unauthorized Charges I visited this store one time to accompany a friend while she was shopping. Since I was there, I purchased a single item. Somehow, after that one purchase, I was automatically enrolled into a monthly subscription without my consent. I didn't realize it until about three months later when I noticed recurring charges on my bank statement. I never signed up for a subscription and honestly wouldn't have anyway because I did not like the items or the quality of what I received. When I contacted the company to get reimbursed, it turned into a complete nightmare. They kept telling me to contact customer service, which I did multiple times. The strange part is that they claim they cannot find an account under my phone number, email address, or credit card. The only reason they say they can't locate it is because my purchase in the store was made by tapping my phone for payment. At that point, I had no choice but to block the charges through my bank. What makes this even more concerning is that after mentioning this to my friend, she discovered the same thing happening to her. Her sister thought my friend had been using her credit card because she had been getting charged monthly from Fabletics as well, even though she never signed up for a subscription. It gets worse: my friend later discovered that her deceased partner is still being charged monthly for this subscription. This is extremely concerning. There are recurring charges being taken out every month, yet there are no accounts tied to the payments and no clear record of merchandise or subscriptions. The only proof these subscriptions exist are the bank statements showing the charges. Be very careful when making purchases here. read more

All of the staff today (12/20) at 12pm was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Ashley was especially sweet and gave me great directions within the store. Other team members were able to update me on the selection and what was going to be coming in the store vs being phased out. I'm glad I went during this holiday sale. One of my family members had gifted me a gift card to Fabletics for my birthday! This location is in Downtown Summerlin, next to Macys and Express. This was my first time inside Fabletics. Fabletics has a lot of apparel for sportswear, Activewear, and workout clothes! I ended up spending about an hour inside the store looking at all of their offerings! You don't need to be a member to shop at Fabletics. However, if you are a VIP member, you do get really good sales and discounts! Before I checked out, the team member informed me that in order to use my gift card, I had to create a guest account. She walked me through the process and added my gift card to the guest account. I ended up purchasing some activewear pants and a skort! Both pieces were so comfortable! It was so difficult to choose! There were some nice onesies, swim attire, and workout outfits! There was a wide range of colors and sizes available! I ended up wearing the activewear pants the very next day! read more

Celina recommended their joggers - such an amazing and cozy fit - and when I couldn't decide on which set to go with, Kayla was incredible in setting me up with the membership and giving me the discount - so worth it! Kristen was so supportive of all my outfit choices, and after having spent way too long trying on athletic gear, I truly felt seen and totally understood as a yogi wanting to feel good in my clothing and purchases. Clean, easy to shop store with friendly employees, however, their selection is lacking since it's such a small store. This is why I prefer to shop online via their website. Their clothes are stylish, comfortable and great quality though. Although you don't need to be a member to shop here, you do get access to the best sales and discounts if you join. You can use your membership both in-store and online. Don't want to shop every month? Simply join and opt out at the beginning of each month so you don't get charged! This way you get full VIP shopping access without being on the hook for a monthly charge! I wish they'd use a real point-of-sale system though instead of those little handheld devices because it seems like they often have issues with them being finicky or otherwise not working correctly. read more

This company will take your money and make you jump through a million hoops to be able to get your merchandise for the money spent. I bought a$100 gift card, they issued me a card number that had already been used. (not my fault) I bought it 1 month and 4 day ago and after 10 YES 10 phone calls no less that 40min each I STILL HAVE NOT been fee funded or been able to us the $100. This is absolutely sad and ridiculous, literally the worst customer service EVER!!!! DO NOT buy anyone a gift card from Fabletics, it's not a gift at all!!! This store has the worst customer service. When I walked in I was completely ignored, no "hello", nothing. The employees continued in a deep conversation about relationships and exes... it was uncomfortable. I was going through the racks, not one person approached to offer help. I finally looked up to ask an employee a question and they said "oh I'll tell you this later", I guess I was interrupting their conversation and they really acted like I was the rude one. I couldn't believe with 4 employees and no one else in the store not one person could be welcoming. I used to be the chick who adamantly refused to pay more than $20-$30 on any fitness apparel (except shoes, of course). As a result, I was the chick who was always pulling and tugging on her leggings and tops because they didn't fit correctly, whose bottoms were see through, and who just didn't look put together in the gym. While I told myself that I didn't care, I secretly envied the women who wore stylish and properly fitting gym clothes. Fast forward.. I started working in the fitness industry as a career, and suddenly I cared more. I bought my first pair of expensive leggings and was hooked. But who wants to spend over $100 on workout clothes?? Not this chick! I was referred to Fabletics by one of my gym friends, and the rest is history. The employees are always super friendly and helpful, the store is beautiful and clean, and the quality of the clothes is fantastic- and less expensive than that *other brand. Friendly ladies wearing the well-made stylish & fun fitness/ athleisure wear brand clothing, greeted us, & checked in on us several times, on our most recent visit (and let us know about some other items that might be of interest to me) (*I guess it is the most visible here*, the advertising/ showcasing, but I like it, because then you get to see it on other people, to compare- it's easier to see it person vs. on the website). We were at DT this past saturday; I had intended to use some of my b-day gift $ on something I really wanted (it has to be something I love). I visit the user-friendly site quite often and I am currently a VIP member (select your monthly outfit @ $49.95 or higher, by the 6th or you can opt to skip it). I had my eye on the sage coat (it doesn't feel heavy like a coat, it feels more like a cozy and warm sweater, an excellent layering piece, making it an essential, for me. I tried on the Small but it looked and felt a little big. I tried the X-Small and was pleasantly surprised. (I am slimmer on the bottom and bigger on the top; a reverse triangle, I usually wear a size Small in this brand, but usually, I am a Medium or size 8 in other brands.) It is comfortable. The color to be looks to be more of grey/brown, almost, but not quite a greige shade. I love the color grey and brown is my 2nd favorite neutral color to wear. Last weekend, everything was 30% off and if your purchase was over $99, you got a free pair of leggings (Great Promos). I'm glad that I got this piece on sale and was able to get the right size. The store is small to medium, but not all the styles you see on the website are available in the stores (I am on the website quite often, it's user-friendly, BTW). It is nice to try on some of the pieces, though if you are unsure about the brand's sizing. I also like the option of Short for the inseam, on the bottoms. The layout of the store is good, as everything is nicely hung up on the racks neatly, nothing is out of place, and the racks are not jam-packed (something I don't like). I didn't go to the dressing room as I just tried on a couple jackets and was able to use the mirror as directed by a clerk. There were other customers but it wasn't crowded or uncomfortable. Overall the store is clean and free of debris. I love the fresh new styles and the fabrics that the brand uses is pretty comfortable. (For more details, I've reviewed the pieces on the site.) From jackets, pullovers, long-sleeves, tees, tanks, to shorts, dresses, capris, leggings, joggers, and sports bras, too, the brand has many offerings. Some styles are seamless. Other accessories are also sold by the brand. I think that this is the most affordable athleisure brand, as compared to Athleta (the same company owns Banana Republic/ Gap/ Old Navy), as you can get two pieces here for about the same price as a single pair of Athleta leggings. Checkout was fast & easy. She asked me if I was a VIP member, so I gave her my email address and my card was slid through her hand scanner (or was it a phone?). Cute reusable tote bag too. read more

I've always loved their fun pattens, prints, and styles, but hated that I couldn't try things on before buying them. Fast forward to the downtown Summerlin opening and finding out Las Vegas was getting their very own Fabletics store!!!! I was ecstatic because I knew I could still get my membership discount on all the latest active-wear fashions, but with the luxury of trying them on first. My dream came true! I earn so many points just by shopping, writing reviews on the products, and spreading the word about Fabletics, that I end up with little freebies all the time! Now there's even free fitness classes on the weekends before the store opens, I mean, could it get any better? Oh wait, it can! If you stay and shop after class, you get another discount off your total purchase! I was ready to spend 1,500 on merchandise but the staff was inpatient, rude, and unprofessional. Yuli checked us out and was ill-mannered. She looked like she didn't want to help us. Worst! My daughter was super excited for the grand opening of this store so we went to check it out. She had been wanting to purchase the $25 outfit available online and then I told her to wait for the shop to open in DTS! Weekend specials are 20% off and if you spend $49, you receive a free pair of there best selling Salar capris. Nice store with lots of choices in color and style. They cover all types of workouts from running to yoga etc. For the woman that cares about how she looks when working out then this shop is for you. They also have the paid Fabletics VIP program that you can join to save up to 50% off regular pricing and you can earn loyalty points towards free items. The price points range from somewhat reasonable to pricey. I am not one who likes to spend a ton of my hard earned cash on workout wear but I know a lot of women do. I love it here and look forward to coming every month (sometimes twice a month). I haven't had issues with my membership, there's been one occasion where I didn't want an outfit so I just opted out that month. It was easy. When I go into the store the girls are very friendly and always say hi. They remember myself and my baby. A few times they have entertained her while I'm trying stuff on or paying. I'm extremely appreciative because melt downs when your half naked in a dressing room aren't a great way to start your day! My membership is a reward for how hard I work in the gym and I love it. New styles roll out a lot and it's great to just pop in and check them out. I'd rather not order online so I feel we are really lucky to have a store! read more

My daughters and I are huge fans! In the last year there quality has been upgraded and they introduce new collections monthly. With growing girls, I feel like Fabletics has very good value and style. My yoga friends keep commenting on my cute yoga outfits and are surprised they're from fabletics We're all enrolled in their monthly plan. Basically you get a big discount by being a member---only downside is you must remember to visit the store or site the first 5 days of each month and if you don't they charge you $50 which you end up with as a store credit. We've been members for about 6 months and as a yoga teacher I live in these clothes so spending $50 a month for a 2 piece ensemble is a bargain I think. I have been in this store a lot- often to browse but have also purchased some pants, which I love! EVERY time I have entered the store I have not been greeted, which is so odd, and when I have finally talked with someone because of a question I initiated, the employees all seem to be bothered by having to actually work. WATCH OUt for this store or company! this store saved my debit card information from a purchase I did in Feb 2018. I had used my moms membership to probably get a discount. Come Feb 2019 I got a charge for $49.95 to my account. I called the company I had no idea what it was for.. the lady tells me my card is not connected to any memberships and to take it up with the bank. So I did and they gave me a temporary credit. Come March I got charged again!! Took it up the bank again!!! Bank just sent me a letter saying the charge is legit and it belongs to my moms account. I never gave my mom or the company my card number other then my one time in store purchase. Today I called Fabletics to find when got on file. He informed me it was the exact day I made INSTORE purchase!! No one ever asked to keep the card on file!!! It's fraud or someone is doing their job wrong!!! read more

Love it here! These clothes are so buttery soft. They are a little pricey but if you sign up to be a VIP you get discounted prices and they always have some sort of sale going on. Walked into the store. 3 ladies working. Not one asked to help me at all or even greeted me. They stood by the front register the entire time cackling all loud. I have gotten treated better at Walmart!! Love these leggings but will never be back due to the staff at this store. I literally had to get my own leggings and find my own dressing room. There was no one else in the store and the dressing room I picked had leggings all over the floor. They seriously acted like it was an issue having me shop in the store. Not one person asked what I needed or even explain to me how the membership program works. All of the girls were just the sweetest people on the planet They went above and beyond to help me find a pair of floral leggings that I was desperately wanting. I had the worst experience here. I tried to spend cash at this store, but because one of the $100 bills I had wasn't new they refused it. WTF, actual cash. The manager was rude and didn't give me any options, besides making me feel like a criminal for using cash to pay for my items. Interestingly enough I was able to go down to Victoria's Secret where they had the machine that checks bills and spent my money there. Went back a week later with five more of those bills and spent then easily at Victoria's Secret. I will never shop here again, and I will tell everyone I know this place is crap.
