Apparently, despite having the same title, banks in IL and CO are (were) owned by different corporations or something and so it was well-nigh impossible to do things like, say, transfer my funds from my old account to my new account, or recognize that I had been a Chase customer for 5 years. - failed to recognize Swiss francs as a legitimate currency But like I said, what I count on a bank to do is keep my money safe, and Chase has done that, so they are A-OK with me, comparatively!
