Absolutely ridiculous. I'm an active-duty U.S. military member, 18 years old, and Texas law clearly allows me to purchase nicotine products. I showed my valid military ID, and they still refused the sale. Update your policy. Do your research. And maybe try showing some respect to the people who serve this country. read more

terrible customer service! The guy working was tired and not concerned about what I wanted. Was too busy with his phone and worrying about everything else. Only reason I still use this business is cause I can hardly find the CBD oil sold here anywhere else local. I'm 9 months pregnant and CBD has helped tremendously with pain. Unfortunately it's not a cheap form of pain relief due to the fact that I've been shopping here for the past 4 months now end each bottle runs at about $100+ each time I re-up. Being a part of a rewards program like my favorite shop I happen to live by (high velocity 10/10) would be especially nice since I support vape city so regularly HOWEVER apparently you can't join the rewards if all you buy is CBD haha what a joke. Joke is on me I guess cause I'll still shop here since I can't find the oil anywhere else but yeah 2 stars solely cause of that. read more
