Absolutely ridiculous. I'm an active-duty U.S. military member, 18 years old, and Texas law clearly allows me to purchase nicotine products. I showed my valid military ID, and they still refused the sale. Update your policy. Do your research. And maybe try showing some respect to the people who serve this country. read more

Products are the same as pretty much any other. One woman who works there is almost always rude or passive aggressive every time I visit. If you've visited recently, you might already know what I'm talking about. Very standoff-ish vibe for some reason. read more

terrible customer service! The guy working was tired and not concerned about what I wanted. Was too busy with his phone and worrying about everything else. The owner of this place needs to consider hiring more respectful employees. Been going to this place for a while now too and I got a lot of people who come there as well! Not anymore! read more

Only reason I still use this business is cause I can hardly find the CBD oil sold here anywhere else local. I'm 9 months pregnant and CBD has helped tremendously with pain. Unfortunately it's not a cheap form of pain relief due to the fact that I've been shopping here for the past 4 months now end each bottle runs at about $100+ each time I re-up. Being a part of a rewards program like my favorite shop I happen to live by (high velocity 10/10) would be especially nice since I support vape city so regularly HOWEVER apparently you can't join the rewards if all you buy is CBD haha what a joke. Joke is on me I guess cause I'll still shop here since I can't find the oil anywhere else but yeah 2 stars solely cause of that. read more

The store was disgusting with trash on the floor, all the glass cases had smudged & dust build up. That's just the first two seconds walking in. You're then "greeted" by an employee (black hair, heavy set, glasses, tall male) from the back room, not in sight of the front at all with a simple "what do you want?" How rude are your employees? Then after I'm ready to check out he says there new policy is scanning IDs not just looking. Which is great, keeps kids from buying. But tell me why the machine beeps & shows green that my ID is good but the employee "doesn't feel right about it". How do you have a machine your boss supplied you to do your job, and you still fail miserable at that? Unclean business, unprofessional & rude staff, and an unsee/uncaring owner. I'd highly recommend taking your business to a place that cares about their cleanliness & their customers.

I got just that on my visit to Vapor Sense. I broke my MOD the night before and after trying everything I could save from recasting the metal of it, decided I needed a new device. I walked into this location, got freaked out by both guys greeting me at the same time lol, (Not used to getting a sense of urgency and attention in stores round these parts) and got right to what I needed. There wasn't a lot of smoke and mirrors, just straight up what I needed and the answer to what I needed. It was a seamless transaction, and I was even privileged by their generosity in the transaction. I am not writing this review because of that generosity, but because these were clearly two people very dedicated to their business and desire to succeed. They understand the importance of a customer and appear to know how relationship building is the key to success. As I was leaving from a transaction that took all of 8 minutes, I was told about the warranty on the device which I never even asked about. Again this insured that I was comfortable with my purchase and new there was help for me should something go wrong. If I could give 6 stars I would I have. During the spring season, they have a small selection of plants. Populars in front of the store and Texas natives in the back. I used to shop here daily after work. Everyone who works here is so sweet and knowledgeable. Joanna who usually waters the plants, she is personable. Every time I'd come, we'd spend a few moments sharing our plant knowledge. I've bought a lot of TX natives. I even came here to landscape the yard with the variety of coleus, caladiums, variegated oregano, flowering plants, and salvia. I really like that they have a garden in the back displaying all the natives that is for sale. I've recommended this nursery to a few of my older customers. Especially the ones who were interested in growing a pollinator garden.
